Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Rogers

I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed the service has gone down in recent months. My wait time is much longer and they often say they’re out of items that may take longer to prepare or are missing items entirely. Today I spent so long waiting for my food I put my car in park at the window, then when my food was handed to me the window shut before I could even say anything only to realize my cinnamon center that THEY recommended I get was missing, I tried getting their attention but had to park and go in to ask about it. My food was sitting idly on the counter. I got all the way home before I realized my chips were also missing. Honestly that was the cherry on top of a bad day and I cried. I was reluctant to let go of this place because I have found their food oddly comforting and I’m a creature of habit, but I don’t think the positive outweighs the negative experiences anymore. I was on a doordash delivery if I could give this place a -10 I would. One for incompetence two for stupidity three for lack of urgency the list goes on I was told when I went through the drive-thru to pull into a stall and they would bring out my order to me in a timely manner after sitting for 7 minutes I went into the establishment to be told my doordash orders were sitting on the shelf I said I wasn't told that I was told to pull into a stall and wait they said well technically you're supposed to come into the store and pick up your orders I said no one told me that and now my order is going to be late and the young staff average age of 19 could care less I told them to have a great day and I walked out of the store I would not recommend this establishment to eat a sandwich get a drink of water or anything poorly staffed poorly managed and...

clearly subpar experience .....waited much to long in the Drive through line for my order My order was missing 3 items Had to get back into the drive through for more waiting to ask for my missing items... was told to pull into a parking space and my missing items would be right out.. then a employee came to my window and ask me yet again what was missing... so more waiting.... When My items arrived I was till missing one Item that I ask for ..So lest review. Long wait to get my order. more long wait to communicate what was missing then had to declare once again what was missing to staff ...then wait some more and still never received all I ask for.. Your staff needs to work on your Team and your Communications. I was not happy clearly...
