The lady who took are order in the begging was friendly and helpful with the menu the issue was when another server lady brought the food we kindly asked the server if she could please bring us salsa we asked over 10 times “ disculpa por favor nos puede traer salsa” she was not listening at all she sat the plates in are table and left quickly to be a chismosa with the first waitress who took are order because they were resolving an issue with 2 customers and she wanted to be a part of a conversation she had no business in ! My mom had to get up from her chair walk over to this waitress to asked her to please replace are food because it was COLD from beginning she brought it to us and we were not about to eat it like that because it would have made us sick sense it’s meat ! We couldn’t address the COLD food issue right away and sense she walked away to be a chismosa and my mom also had to asked her to bring us salsa once she brought the food hot sense she apparently couldn’t hear us the 10 times we asked the cook rolled her eyes once the waitress told her it was COLD and she had to replace are tacos like if that was are fault ! when that’s how it was served in the first place the same waitress brought the food back hot this time but with an attitude to not argue I decided to wait till we were done eating to address the issue I told the lady who was handling the cash register to please have a different experience for us next time we come back because that was no way to act and it was not a good experience for us at all she sincerely apologize so I thank her because it showed she was professional the waitress we had the issue with ran next to her to hear what I was saying as soon as I address the issue absolutely unprofessional will not be back and do not recommend to friends and family !!! Read moreI ordered the mixed fajitas tonight, for a $24 meal, the meat, tomatoes and onions were burnt and also came in puddle of burnt grease. Also ordered chips and salsa, and the salsa was runny with nothing in it. It was my first time ordering from here after reading all the good reviews, didnt appear to be busy inside. So they didn't have an excuse other than didnt care or pay attention 🙄 Will never go here again!🤢🤮 This food deserves less than a 1 star!! Don't waste your time or money.
UPDATE** they reached out to me the night I posted this and said they would make it better. I chose last night 1/11/21. I wanted them to have my order ready at 630pm, I get there 3 mins late and still waiting on them. She said they were out of Salsa, which I had paid for. Then finally gives me my food, and I asked where were the peppers I initially had? At this point I don't know who I had been in communication with or what manager because I told them ahead of time and they had my order correct, however I get there a d the associates obviously didn't know my original order. They would have just let me go back home with stuff still missing. Why tell me you care about your customers when you clearly don't and the associates are rude when you don't speak Spanish. I finally walked out and it was 646. I waited 13 minutes in this place telling them how to fix my order and by the time I got home my food was cold. I messaged them and said they don't ever have to worry about me again, I'll never go here ever! However, our server was a different story altogether, displaying an attitude from the outset. While it was understandable that some of our ordered food was delayed, the server consistently brought us incorrect orders and became annoyed when we informed her. Furthermore, when we modified some of our orders to sopes, the rest of my family finished their meals before the remaining three family members received their food. I opted to wait at the front to collect my order, and the server responded with attitude, stating that she would bring the food to me when it was ready, despite our prolonged wait. I then waited in line for less than four minutes before the server passed by with our food. Upon returning to my table, I suggested that in the future, she should inform customers when their orders are ready, rather than letting them wait in line. Unfortunately, she continued to argue with me in front of my family. Although I understand that the restaurant was busy and the server was working alone, this level of service and attitude made our dining experience unpleasant, despite the good food. It is essential for servers to manage their stress levels effectively, as this is a critical aspect of their role. If they are unable to cope with the demands of the job, it may be necessary for them to reconsider their position.
