Now that’s a real breakfast! For years I’ve searched for a real old school down-home breakfast experience that you’d think would be on every Main Street in every town in Arkansas. Unfortunately the powers that be are doing everything possible to erase the very essence that made this area the wonderful place to live that it is, and hopefully stays. Wesner’s cheats a bit since they have been doing it since 1955 they don’t have to pretend to be what the new-comers attempt to recreate. The chicken fried steak, eggs and hash browns were great, and the real deal but the biscuits stood out above all. The service was terrific and the atmosphere certainly says 1955 while being very clean, spacious and bright. As a foodie I’ve enjoyed some of the very fine “modern” breakfast establishments NWA has to offer. While good they are often overcrowded, expensive and impersonal. Worst of all they don’t represent the local flavor and history of these once small farming communities that made up the area not that long ago. Do yourself a favor and skip the quinoa bowl and smoked salmon eggs Benedict and experience real local flavor, atmosphere and people before it’s lost to “progress”.

This restaurant is a classic in downtown Rogers, AR and provides a small town family style and patriotic atmosphere. The gals are hard working to take your orders and deliver the food quickly. The more popular menu selections are breakfast items which is served "all day", albeit Wesners is only open until 1:30pm on weekdays. If one in your party isn't feeling breakfast, they have plenty of "American diner" food such as cheeseburgers, a club sandwich, and more. This is a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast of lunch. Parking is right out front on the street, but if busy, can be limited. Staff was great. Food was good, but not amazing. Still a less expensive option for a quick bite that is family-friendly.

Had to change my review. Use to be a 4 star for me. But today was the changing point. Come in at 11:10. Wait a few to get seated. Ordered two entrees and a kids meal at 11:20. Same time as our drink order. Watched at least two tables who got there AFTER US (I even knew one of the people) one being a 4 top the other a 2 top. Get their food, eat and leave before we received even our kids pancake and bacon. Finally at 12:30 we received our food without as much as a sorry about how long it took. The food was decent but the service was atrocious. The waitress was nice. But pretty sure she forgot to put our order in. My dad eats there 4-5 days a week and always brags on the place. I just don't see it.

I went with my best friend to have a late breakfast. We waited for 30mins for our food. The table next to us ordered after us and received their food before us. We asked the waitress if our food was coming out and she stood there and then through down menus and silverware and said “I only have one cook and one waitress I’ll go see where it’s at”. We waited 5 more mins for her to come back and yell across the room that it’s coming. …. We only had asked bc we had an appointment to go to and were going to ask her to put in to go boxes instead of playing the food but she flipped out on us and through our food down on the table. She also drop a biscuit and gave us the wrong gravy. She brought back the correct food but through it down on the table. We left cash and left. I definitely don’t recommend this place. I’m not from Rogers but when I come to visit I like to try places I haven’t been to. This experience could have been different but unfortunately the way she presented herself wasn’t...

Good food, but takes forever. I have only been here twice and the second visit made it to where I may not come back. It took well over 30 mins to get our food and it was simple sandwiches with about 10 fries. We also had a Togo order that we had to sit and wait on another 30 mins after we were done eating. The food is good once you get it but the service is just not there. Our waitress barely checked on us and never told us as to why everything was taking so long or that she was sorry for our wait. All of the waitresses we're just giggling in a corner and checking to see if food was ready about every 5 mins. If you are short staffed in the kitchen just tell us we would have been more understanding but just having to wait for no reason given was just odd. If there are enough waitresses to be giggling in the corner they can at least drop some of the fried food for the cooks to...
