Mixed feelings about this place. The brand / story is confusing to me. It has an Italian name with Latin food. The story sells, and couldnât pin point what their story was through their website / social media. My wife and I got the Burrito Marinero. Itâs a good burrito. Itâs fresh, and certainly Bajaâ style. For the price though, the burrito needs to be bigger. Itâs about medium size. We ordered Arepas (with birria). The Arepa itself is done perfectly. Reminds me of authentic Arepas from Colombia. Itâs good size too. But for those reading this - the arepa is mostly maize, not much meat and cheese in it so itâs heavy - not a complaint, just informing. When I picked up the food I wanted to know more about the food truck and its influences but the worker didnât speak much English. Maybe Iâll catch the owner...
Read moreI have been driving by this place almost every day for several weeks now. I finally had the chance to stop and try something. I didn't get the whole story but it's not solely a food truck. It sounds like if you want to sit in and enjoy your order, you can in the building that's in the same lot.
Decided I would go for the cafe con leche and I was blown away by how absolutely tasty this is. Deep, dark, coffee flavor that's somehow smooth and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste.
I also got guacamole and it's got a great texture and flavor while being pleasantly spicy. The heat level is a little higher than what you'd get at most restaurants but not so spicy it's inedible to people who are sensitive to it (like me, I'm a weenie when it comes to spicy food).
I'll definitely be making time to stop here...
Read moreThis cute little café opened up in my backyard. I drive by literally every day and wonder what's going on; they just recently opened. Well, I finally tried it yesterday morning and it was absolutely fantastic! The gentleman that owns it is awesome, friendly, and makes great food. I came in on Saturday morning for a fun coffee, but decided to eat some breakfast too. We tried 4 different coffee drinks and they were all very yummy. The breakfast burrito, ham and cheese croissants, and Nutella croissants are top-notch! Everything we ordered was SO fresh and delicious. It is a brand new cafe, so they're still ironing out the details when it's comes to Google hours of operation and placing orders. All in all, this is a great little spot and I'm so happy it...
