My fiancé and I were traveling through over the weekend and stopped by to try it out and the parking lot was so difficult to get in to if you aren’t paying attention when leaving the round about then you will miss your turn, the food is a different story it was ok not anything special but why over priced for it being just a sandwich shop, the employees where just plan rude I over heard some of them talking behind my fiancé back say how gross and ugly my fiancé looked basically calling them trash. Then there’s the cleanliness of the store basically being non-existent. Almost all of the tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a week, and the back of house was covered in food. Today we went into the restaurant to get our food, and order and it was packed so we ordered the Buffalo chicken giant that comes with tomato, lettuce, the lady made it we walk to the table and check our food and it wasn’t made right, with no food lettuce or tomato, and the wrong sauce since we switched it. I went up and asked if they could fix our sandwich. It took the lady again another 15-20 mins so we had been here for a good 30-45 mins already at this point waiting for two sandwich’s. I get my 2nd sandwich and I asked the lady does this have lettuce, tomato, bacon and ranch on it and she said yes. I usually don’t leave reviews but after the experience I had today I couldn’t not. I have ate at so many different jersey mikes. I have to eat gluten free. I have always loved going here as I knew they had a separate area to prepare them and separate veggies to avoid cross contamination. Not today. They proceeded to place contaminated veggies on my child’s sandwich. When I said she cannot eat that the employee replied with” I changed my glove.” I stated that the veggie are contaminated he said there was no other way and just argued even though it’s definitely not how it was done before eating here (they were super careful).
