God forbid you get the wrong item and ask for the correct one. First they'll say that item doesn't exist (fries) and then get a massive attitude and when you give them the order number they asked for, they get all huffy and come out to berate you. You simply say you got the wrong item and youd like to switch it out for the correct one. They get huffy again, take the food and toss it in front of you and take a out 10 mins for the replacement item without even a "Sorry about the mistake."
My first time here, came on my lunch break. Never again, ever. A mistake is no big deal, just make it right...a massive attitude over your mistake is bizarre. I'll stick to the St Robert location, they're always friendly, quick and accurate. They also don't leave the mic on so you can hear them complain about remaking your food haha. What a mess.
Also missing my chicken wrap, I didnt realize until I was already gone. Lost 15 minutes of my lunch, half of my food and my...
Read moreI ordered through the drive through. I said “the new Oreo cheesecake shake thing” referring to the new Big Scoop Blast. I could tell he rang it in as the normal one so I pulled up Google (because there wasn’t anything posted) to figure out its name and clarify at the window, notably BEFORE I PAID! It was the reason I came! The cashier (manager, I think) said “oh yeah right well you said SHAKE and you said BLAST so…” and wouldn’t change it. Which is ridiculous, you couldn’t take the pennies worth of soft serve waste? I shouldnt need to be rude to get food so I just paid and left and I know y’all don’t care about one occasional customer, but I will not be back if a simple mistake cannot be fixed 40...
Read moreI spent $24 dollars on 2 meals to try Sonic for my first time, and they were Not worth it. The slushy was gas station quality, and the ocean water was worse than lightly carbonated gatorade that made me feel kinda funny just from a sip. The was sorely disappointing. I tried four different things. The mozzarella sticks were alright. The onion rings were very ... interesting, and not in a good way. Their signature burger was worse than a gas station burger. And their chicken sandwich was like a $3 menu item from McDonald's. If I had spent like $15, I wouldn't be upset, but it was well over $20 so I kinda am. If I hadn't been passing through Rolla in a hurry, I would've gone back...
