McDonald's — Restaurant in Rolling Hills

I went here because I needed a quick bite to eat before a meeting. Went inside to allow a place to sit and eat vs a car. First I was faced with electronic order boards only and very little instruction on how to use them. I never did figure out how to order a small fries on the board. I also could not figure out how to use my card to pay for the order. Finally the manager saw that I was having trouble and came over to help. With her help it still took five minutes to place an order for a hamburger, small fry, & medium soft drink and pay for them. Then I picked up my needed supplies- napkins salt pepper catsup and sat at a table and waited. Good thing I sat relatively close because I had no order number and you had to listen to each order called to figure out if it was yours. After fifteen minutes, I went up to the counter to inquire where the order was. They were prattle ing my order while I was waiting for someone to see me. I then only had 10 minutes left to eat and get to my meeting. I stuffed down about half and had to go. I felt like they should have paid me for placing and filling my own order. 20 minutes is way to long to place such a small order and I was doing all the work except cooking. Never...

Edited: lowered my rating from 3 stars to one.. every single time we come here they tell us to pull up because our order is never ready... if there is going to be a significant wait you all need to disclose that before we pay. People go to the drive through for fast food to get it and go FAST!! They tell you one minute and you end up watching multiple cars get their items and leave while you’re still waiting 10 minutes later.. they get the simplest things wrong like the flavor of your coffee, and forgetting to put the cinnamon sugar on the donut sticks. Tgey don’t listen to modifications. The ONLY reason we still come here is because it’s he closest one to our home.. we will just have to nip that in the bud though..

I really hate this McDonald's! The location and access to it is horrible, the drive-thur is horrible, the inside is ugly! The food is up to par as far as McDonald's but it's managed poorly. This coming from a former McDonald's employee. We spent over 5 minutes getting our order rung up and paid because the management didn't feel like going to the register to help the girl ok the coupons we had and then after we got our order they didn't even give us our drinks so we could fill them while we waited. They forgot to give us our ice cream cone and when my son went back to get it the manager or supervisor gave the girl a dirty look and both my children noticed it. My daughter who's 12 said I'd never work here because of that and she said the manager keeps on nagging them for asking for help with the register and rolling her eyes The only reason I come to this one is because it's 5 minutes away...
