723 Vapor — Local services in Louisville

Louisville has a robust Vapor Shop presence but the most welcome addition has been 723 Vapor. The staff is remarkable. They take their time with each and every customer and whether you are there several times a week or only occasionally, they make it a point to remember you and make you feel welcome.

The juice lines- from their house line to the myriad of premium juices cover every flavor profile and price point, making them a perfect store for any vaper to find a juice that fits their taste and budget.

And then there's the ambiance. The tasting bar is large and comfortable. Unlike many stores, the hardware and tasting bar are separate so you don't feel crowded or as if you are on top of someone who's checking out other products. If you want to stay and talk product or just hang out a bit, the couches are plush and comfy. It feels like you are walking into a friend's living room and the staff reinforce that feeling.

If you have a chance- check out the After Dark. This monthly event allows the customer to come and have a juice party. By allowing you to try prospective juices and vote on the newest line, it makes you feel like you are invested in and truly part of...

Its a pretty decent place and they're prices are really good on there juices as well. The worker there was really nice and very eager to help you with whatever you needed. They were pretty well kept inside of the store as well as the outside which made me feel even more comfortable being there. They also have comfortable seating if u wanted to sit and stay awhile an just chat, relax an vape, an don't worry if your there a while an have to use the restroom they also have a clean restroom. There is also a tasting/sample bar for the juices there if you wanted to taste test the juices before you bought them to see if you actually like them or not. But there is a small fee which I think is ridiculous considering how much money your about to spend there. The only reason I rated them like this was becuz there really far away. There the only place that actually carries my partners juice she really likes now so she can only get it once in a blue moon becuz they are so far away and in the end of town that stays...

I loved the variety compared to most shops. I loved the rustic urbanite vibe as I walked in the shop. It seems like a random demographic the store is trying to sell to. It would do better business on Bardstown Rd or a Portland rip off hipster town.

The main concern of mine was that I was not acknowledged or given the friendly attention by the staff that seemed too busy playing with their Nickleback pandora station while multitasking with their own Mods and hanging out with their friends (who all seemed like clones with more THC in their tanks than nicotine).

I wanted to learn more about the company and different companies they endorse, but instead I felt like I could not be allotted the time to ask questions before dropping two hundred dollars before feeling less fulfilled than when I walked in.

Diversify the staff please, and save on Labor hours (you don't need 8 employees working during off peak hours only to make the place feel like a college burnout...
