Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Rolling Hills

Picture this, it's Monday morning, want to start your week with your favorite to-go coffee order. As you're approaching, you see the lights on and no line, the excitement starts to hit. It's 6:15 you'll be on time to work with your favorite coffee order.

You pull up to the speaker and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. No one says "I'll be with you in a moment." Just silence. So you say hello into the speaker. Nothing. You say hello a few times. Nothing. You honk your horn once. Nothing. You pull around to the window. Nothing. Can't even see anyone. So you drive around to look at all the windows. No one in sight. Lights on, 45 minutes after opening. Eventually after waisting 5 minutes of your commute, you give up and get to enjoy K-Cup...

Coffee is ok, very strong in my opinion (hence why i may need extra creamer) they don't give extra cream on the side. Once a nice employee gave me a little in a small cup ( thankfully b/c I did need it) Went another time and I was told they don't give out extra creamer, the manager even told me the same, just refused to give me a small amount. I even offered to pay for it. I got my coffee and ended up pouring it out. Was wayyyy too bitter. You're a coffee shop!? You can't give customers extra creamer for their coffee lol Especially being a new customer idk the amount needed to make my coffee enjoyable... Bummer... I now go to 7brew. They will offer a little extra in a small cup,...

Smiling faces and delicious drinks! Plus I love the messages of positivity. Do I need it? No, but I love the small detail and just the act of random kind words and the message the cmpy is sending of kindness! Finally a competition for Starbucks where everything is over priced, drinks are inconsistent if made correctly, nickel and dime everything, and some of their employees are just rude!
