Love me some Ross! Drawing a single line through the brand name of the clothing label really hides the designer 🤣. What's even better than dressing for less at Ross? The clearance rack at Ross! I love stocking up on designer jeans for less than $10/pair and shirts less than $8 each. Need underwear? You can even get designer underwear for around $3 each or buy it by the pack for around $20 or less. Found an item you absolutely loved at Ross but it had a small blemish that was completely out of sight? Take it to the check-out and ask, "do you have another one of these in this size in the back, this is all that was on the rack and it has this spot, hole, blemish, etc". The cashier reply will be no, everything we have is on the rack, but if you want the item, I can take 10% off, but it is non-returnable/non-refundable. I saved an extra 10% on a pair of Calvin Klein dress pants (saved $1.49) that were already priced...

Went to take back a mattress pad that i had originally thought to be thicker due to price. Realized as opening that it wasn't. Still in perfect condition as well as packaging. I was told i could return this item as i first approached the counter. Went to look around, couldn't find one to my liking. Went back to the counter for my refund & was told by Assoc 203711 that she would not return my item due to me telling an employee when i fist came in, that the mattress pad didn't fit my bed. Never did i once say this considering i never put it on my bed. Poor customer service & what are the watch dogs doing in there? I feel like I'm back shopping in Paula's on Broad. Beautiful new store with well stocked shelves. Absolutely love Ross. Always find something I need or want. I discovered recently that they have the most amazing shirts in the Mens department. So much so, that I need to start shopping there for myself! I found an amazing Tshirt, official NASA merchandise for under 8bucks! It will be a most appreciated bday gift for my brother who shares my love for all things Astronomy! The aisles were a little cluttered this visit, because they just were trying to stock so much product for the Christmas gift sections.
