Saturday 01/25/2025 Came in at around 7 pm. Was ignored at first. After about a minute watching her clean she came over and got my order 1 vente dirty chai and 1 grande dirty chai. The grande came to me with no sweetener and when I asked about this she told me how it was usually made. Then she gave me some syrup in a cup. The vente was so sweet it was pretty much undrinkabe. And it was barely warm. I’ve been ordering dirty chai lattes for over a year and I know how they taste. The girl did not smile during the whole experience. There were no hours posted so if she was closing I apologize But online it states that 8pm is closing for this...

Hi everyone the Starbucks in Kroger’s is the best now that they have the young lady that works there name Maria. Excellent customer service and is very respectful. And does a great job😃 I highly recommend everyone ask for (MARIA) when shopping there. And also I Suggest that the manager there gives her a full time Position. Btw I don’t have or had a problem with anyone else. But they don’t make anything right lol well I’ll end this by saying Maria is the backbone of Starbucks. And I give y’all two...

Ok, I'm a diehard Coffee fan. Cafe Latte, Cafe Machiatto, Cafe Mocha, plain coffee, etc. However, if you have not tried their Strawberry Frappucino, then you haven't truly lived. Yes, I know their drinks are pricey, but who can argue with some good old fashioned, all American self-indulgence once in a while? It's like the best tasting virgin strawberry frozen drink, topped with a generous blot of whipped cream. Pure heaven. Thank you...
