TERRIBLE. Coworkers and I have ordered on a weekly basis from Buffalo's and have not had any problems Until today. We ordered our food at 12:50 and when food was not ready when we went to pick it up until 1:45 we were told we did not order until 1:25. The "Shift" manager then proceeded to be rude and argumentative about when the order was placed and the gentleman walked up that took the order and I asked him if he said the order was not called in until 1:25 and he said he did not say that. He said when the order was called in he was not able to enter it right then because he had customers and had to seat them and so forth. Instead of being apologetic the "shift" manager just glared at him and told me there was nothing she could do since we already paid (which was obviously my first mistake). I did not expect our food for free but some common decency and maybe even a little "Im sorry for the mistake" would have been nice. She was not even cooperative when I asked for the general managers information, she just pointed at a business card under the glass on the counter of which I had to take a picture of (my second mistake since the picture turned out blurry and have no way of contacting a "REAL" manager now). Read moreI’ve been going to Buffalos in Rome for many years. Especially on either Monday or Wednesday for their bash nights. I used to never have issues before until last night 2/26/2025. I waited over an hour and half for my first of wings. My server barely check up on our table. It took 45 mins for water. By the time we wanted more wings it was 8:15 and they stop at 9. When we asked for the manager and explained the issues. His excuse was no one wanted to work and first off we should have came earlier. This man was 50 years old dressing like he was in high school’s. As someone who has been in management you need to present yourself as one. After we received our bill when the manager discounted it we paid and noticed others leaving. At the time we realized a table left without paying. What baffles me is the so called manager came straight to MY car and accused me of not paying all because I was unsatisfied with my service. I then told him that was uncalled for accusing people when your servers don’t even pay attention to their tables. Hardly anyone was on the floor to serve ANYONE. Read moreI’ve never had a bad experience until tonight. I used to love buffalos and was a frequent customer. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and we only had two people. They also were not busy. The wings they brought out were old and dry. I told the server and she basically gave me a “what do you want me to do about it attitude.” After I stared at her in shock expecting her to say “do you want me to replace these” she finally asked?... She took them back to the kitchen and about 5 minutes later she comes back out what looks to be the same wings I was served the first time, only that they had absolutely drowned them in sauce. They were clearly the same things from before. The server never came back to ask if the wings were better. She brought us our to go order and the wings were sitting untouched on the table where she could clearly see them. She asked if there was anything else she could get us and we said no. Well the wings were on the ticket so we asked her if we could have them taken off since I did not eat them. She said she would have to ask since they were remade… they ended up taking them off the ticket. But the server never came back to get our ticket. We had to go up to the counter to pay. We will...
