DO NOT BOTHER! I really like Jefferson’s but this one is terrible! My wife, myself, and our 3 grandchildren (all under 6yrs old) sat down at 8:00 and placed our order a few minutes later. We were sitting in the back room where there are 3 booths and 3 tables which our server was taking care of. At 8:30 my wife was able to get the server’s attention and asked where our food was. She then “went and checked on our food” and told my wife it was almost ready and would be out in a few minutes. At 8:50 I got up walked down the hall to the front to see that only 2 tables out front had customers and the kitchen only had 2 people in it (and they were just goofing around). I then found our server and asked why we had been waiting for an hour for our food. Again her response “ I’ll go check on it”. This time she said that she had put our order in but forgot to send it in to the kitchen. She apologized, said she talked to her manager, and they were going to deeply discount our meals because of the mixup. We finally received our food at 9:15. At no time did the manger come check on us, see what the issue was, discount our check, NOTHING. When we left (as we walked up the sidewalk to the car) there was a lady sitting on a bench beside the restaurant. Turns out she was the manager. I told her it was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. She did apologize and offered to give us a refund (which I declined). This place gives...

Read moreUpdate: I decided to give this location another mostly because they're the closest to me. Their employees always have the driest personalities I have ever seen in the restaurant industry. They greeted me this time but good grief they're like robots. Her "greeting" was a question that she mumbled to me. No smile, no welcome, nothing.
The other reviews are correct when they state that they do not greet you. I stood at the bar for a little while before I was even acknowledged. At least four employees made direct eye contact with me but nobody even said hello. Several employees walked behind and around me but did not greet me or even acknowledge my existence. They were too engrossed in their own conversations and giggling with each other to acknowledge the paying customer standing in front of them. It takes half a second to say hello or I'll be with you in a second. Your employees at this location need better training on customer service. As far as the food goes, it was okay. The Villa Rica location has better food. That's saying a lot because Villa Rica has horrible restaurants. There's also a strange musty mildew/mold smell in the building. I'm assuming because it's an old building but that's not what I want to associate...
