My husband and I were visiting Rime, GA and he wanted to try this restaurant. I'm a pizza/southern food type of person but my husband will try anything and everything and usually loves everything he tries. I am not much of a meat eater and most of the dishes had meat. My husband chose the falafel sandwich for me. Fried falafel patties served on pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and tahini sauce served with french fries and a (refillable) drink when you chose the combo. It was a great choice! The sandwich was delicious! The fries were also delicious, fried crisp. There were so many fries I could not eat them all. My husband got a lamb Shawarma plate. It came with humus, pita bread and rice. He described it as delicious. It also came with a drink. The cost was reasonable, especially considering the portion size. (My husband couldn't eat all his rice). My meal was $9.99 and my husband's was $13.49. We also got desert, two different kinds of baklava. I didn't care for them but my husband loved them. *The restaurant was clean. *It was very cold inside. I had to go to my car and get my jacket. A couple of customers got up and moved to the outside tables to warm up. *The staff was very friendly. *Ordered and paid at the counter with the food being brought to your table. *The soda machine was not behind the counter as it is in some restaurants , being available for refills without having to ask . *The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. *My husband was very impressed and said he wanted to visit again when we are in the area. I would come again for the falafels. *Summary...delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices, clean restaurant and restrooms, and...
Read moreGet comfortable, readers...Oh where to start...so, I ordered online, paid online, got an email with an order number and receipt. Also, a notification from my bank of said charge. So, I drove down to the restaurant, and waited in the parking lot, as the email said they would confirm via telephone. 35 minutes later, I decided to go inside, since the restaurant was only open 25 more minutes. When I was greeted I mentioned I had an online order and then there was a super loud needle scratch as the whole kitchen went quiet and looked at me confused. The hostess got the manager who explained abruptly that "that website is broken, the tablet we use, it's broken" so I mentioned how the website took my order and charged me, so the website certainly works...his answer "well usually it takes a week or so to get a refund" ummmm, huh? I hadn't even addressed a refund, I wanted dinner. So I decide to forego more complaining (whilst they held my 46 bucks hostage for a week) and asked "well, can I just put in a to go order please?" I bet you can guess the answer, "No, we are closed now" was the managers response....ummm...the internet and sign on the door, directly behind me indicated they were open for 20 more minutes...but, nope, they wouldn't help and just glared at me until I left. Soooo, ridiculous...let's even assume they understand the internet, which they don't, regardless, I would never have let a paying customer go away unhappy, or hungry. People were still getting food run from tje kitchen while I stood there dumbfounded. Definitely the worst customer service I have received in a long time. Too bad I can't tell you if the food was...

Update (12/10/2022) Updatethe
Our fam of 4 plus the Wifey's parents and grandmother went to JG for a Saturday family dinner.
It was great as usual. The food was packed with flavor but not overpowering. The grilled chicken has the best flavor you'll ever taste!
My falafel hummus plate was great. Jerusalem Grill in Rome truly has the best hummus. The seasonings is simply perfect.
The baklava was on point. I'm a baklava junkie. Theirs is fantastic.
The only negative was we asked for an extra bottle of white sauce. We had a long table with 8 people and myself and my father-in-law wanted our own bottle so we wouldn't constantly bother the ladies at the other end. The associate asked us if we were going to use the entire bottle we had. We laughed thinking he was joking. Come to find out he wasn't. He walked around cleaning the tables and collected a few white sauce bottles from them but he just walked by us. He wouldn't give us an extra bottle. I'm not saying our whole time we had bad service because we didn't. And there might be a policy that only one bottle per table. If that is the case it would be helpful if it is posted.
That moment aside we enjoyed our visit as we always have. This is probably our 10th or so visit over the last two years. Plus we tell everyone they have the best gyro in metro Atlanta hands down.
We'll be...
