This place needs to be shut down and walls torn out. There are people who stay here with multiple cats that apparently are extended stay because "management feels bad for them". There are roaches everywhere, my girlfriend and I came from MI to visit and we had to keep everything bagged up due to the roaches. When we said something to the office about urine on one of the beds, the cleaning man explained that he had been given a specific term of "tidying" up which obviously didn't take into consideration the conditions of the beds. From what I saw, there are at least 2 residents, not customers, there. I am pretty sure I sent an email to the customer service email responses here have in the. But, no reply. I have several videos of roaches. I got so tired of killing them that I stopped. One female roach can hatch up to 50 roaches per egg sack and they lay eggs sacks at least once a month. This place absolutely knows there are roaches there and they still rent out rooms. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless you absolutely can not afford anything else but, go get garbage bags for all your dirty clothes, pillows or anything roaches can hide in and don't take anything back to your car without it being bagged. Next time, I'll stay in something $100/night before I ever even think about setting foot on this property. Again, I have several videos, don't stay here. The ONLY good thing about this place was the cleaning man because I could tell he would rather take care of the issue than to have to deal with things...

Disgusting is an understatement, cockroach heaven. We traveled for a music festival and came across this “gem”. We went into the first room assigned to us which was marked as presidential suite. Not even 2mins in a roach was climbing up the door. The same door that had a tv mount drilled into it for a lock. No fitted sheets on bed, filth everywhere. We asked for a different room and was given one even tho you could tell they was not happy with request but the new room just glancing in looked a lot better. We didn’t even take or bags in and left for festival. Once we returned we once again were greeted by roaches, a whole group of them climbing on the curtains, the walls, EVERYWHERE including crawling under the looked like dirty blankets of the bed. We immediately left. We was asked why we was checking out without even staying an 30mins my husband stated because y’all are invested with roaches and the response we got was oh ok bye, no refund nothing. A...

When we arrived, we saw people standing outside that looked like they were doing a drug deal. Ok fine. Check in was acceptable, quick and easy. And the clerk was polite. We got the “presidential suite.” The presidential suite as they called it was anything but. For starters, the paint on the walls were chipping, the water was this murky brown substance, and the ac unit? Finite. The shower had these mysterious brown spots on the ledge of the tub. No sooner than we walked in the room, you smell this mold smell. And the refrigerator was EXTREMELY dirty, this yellow substance inside and a half-eaten McDonald’s pie. The room itself was big and spacious, no problems there. And to top it all off, the room was COVERED in roaches and spiderwebs. And parts of the floor were wet(we didn’t ask any questions.)
