Little Bee and The Honey Spot Cafe — Restaurant in Rome

Ever since these new owners took over, The quality of the drinks, and even the service and the cleanliness of the café itself has gone down exponentially. Half of the time, they don’t even have Boba, The majority of the time, there’s always a mess inside the shop, it’s never clean, there’s always Things like leaves, shoes, papers, ect Just in a pile or scattered all over the shop. The customer service is terrible. The lady always looks like she She hates the world and everything in it. Even the cup quality has gone down. Additionally, their brown sugar Boba drink is absolutely terrible. It’s like they just pour milk Over overcooked Boba And add a spoonful of hard packed brown sugar. Brown sugar, Boba is supposed to have A brown sugar syrup in the drink, not chunks of granulated brown sugar in it! When I was drinking it, I was literally crunching on the sugar granules. When this place was ohana boba, It was much better and the previous owners of the shop should not have sold it to these people Because these new owners don’t even care about the quality or the cleanliness of their business. Not to mention, they’re not even opened on the days that they claim to be open on. What a waste of time out of your day to go to this place Thinking that they’re open and they’re not Because overall, these owners are terrible business people and I will not be coming here anymore because I am constantly disappointed. I keep coming thinking that it’ll be better,...

Went here with my mother. The people working seem like lovely people. However, our experience was not good. I ordered a regular sized strawberry fruit tea with green apple bubble and I was given a strawberry milk tea. I didn't want to try and point out the mistake because the floor was so sticky (everywhere) that my shoes were still sticky when I left and it took quite a bit of time to make the drink already. I just quietly tossed it (it tasted horrible) and left. The whole waiting experience was not worth correcting the mistake. My mother got a spiced Chai blended milk tea/smoothie and she said it was okay, but not worth returning for.

Hopefully, the kids working there with (presumably) their mother get the hang of it. I know they just recently took over the business and it's rough out here. Best of...

I was overly excited about visiting because my children and I LOOOOOOVE boba tea. The 2 ladies that serviced me were extremely sweet. However, the drinks were a big fail, neither of them were sweet at all. It just tasted like a big cup of cream, we were very disappointed with our drinks so we threw them in the trash after one sip. It was money wasted. We couldn’t go back due to it being a bit of a crowd downtown Rome and it was just hard to find parking. I’m disabled so parking far away and walking back wasn’t an option. I don’t think we will be going back. Hopefully I can find another bubble tea...
