The food is over all good but I have a problem with the fact that I ordered 4 gorditas steak and they only give you 1 little container of salsa they are stingy on the salsa 75cents every extra salsa of tiny container. I mean yes their salsa is good and for ppl that don't eat spicy salsa it doesn't matter but geez I eat salsa a lot and I think I should've at least gotten 2 salsa containers not just 1. Their price for salsa is outrageous for another small container almost $6 outrageous I can make a whole gallon of salsa with 6 dollars. stop being stingy on the salsa Vallarta treat your customers right you shouldnt be stingy on the salsa. I moved to Rome about a year ago and my neighbor raved about this place! I tried it and loved it. The service can sometimes be inattentive, but the food was so good I could always overlook this. What I can’t overlook is the fact one of their employees posted to their Facebook page a video of roaches crawling all over the walls, floors, and tables of this establishment, complete with a caption saying “these are my coworkers”. How I found out is my neighbor stopped wanting to come here, and she finally told me she had seen the Facebook post, which the employee made shareable and public. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Management, please get with pest control, and maybe talk with your staff.
