Beware of buying from Farmer’s furniture due to the quality of their furniture and when you purchase a warranty and the furniture doesn’t last they will not replace it. I purchased a red sofa that lasted no time because it peeled and could not get anything done about it until Dale became employed at the Rome location. He was able to get me a replacement with a “new warranty and they sprayed the furniture as well that I HAD TO PAY FOR” it’s not cheap either.. lol why would you make someone think a sofa that’s “similar” to leather needs to be sprayed for spills etc.. “my ignorance “ on that one... well months after having the replacement.. guess what... it looks the same now after peeling and because I refuse to continue paying the remainder of 600.00 which is mostly warranty and spray fees... I’m stuck with junk! Dale is a good man, I do believe! Farmers is horrible.. they DO NOT stand behind their products. Let me tell you.. they will ruin your credit no matter the cost... so if you want junk.. Go to Farmers furniture! Also I bought a small chair that reclines that never would stay back from day one. It would lean back but a 200lb man couldn’t even make it stay back. Go to Rooms to Go... you’ll never be disappointed! Wish I could post pictures of both here for you all to see but I can’t find where you can submit pictures! Not trying to be rude in anyway just hate to see people spend their hard earned money on furniture that won’t...

I would just like to take the time out of my day to write this review to let the public know how great this place is. My wife and I have been thinking about getting a new living room set for a while now and decided on 12/26 to go over to Farmers to take a look at what they got. After walking in I was immediately greeted by the awesome sales rep they have, Kaleb. Kaleb walked with both me and my wife and talked to us about each piece of furniture they had and helped us so much through the process of picking the set we liked the best. I felt kind of bad for all the questions and work I made Kaleb do but he did it with a smile on his face and was happy to do so for us. Kaleb kept working on monthly payments for us on each set that way I could see what we was working with on each set. Kaleb made sure to explain to us how the delivery process would go, the warranty we would get, and how our monthly payments would fall. I'm suppose to get my furniture on 1/2 and we are very excited. Thank you to farmers furniture for the competitive prices you have, and having great employees like Kaleb! I will recommend this company to anyone and specifically send them...

I’m the process of purchasing a couch and loveseat from them ..I have only made two payments on time way ahead of schedule.. When I set up the agreement with them I purchased insurance on the couch And loveseat ..Three weeks after I got it home and friend now I noticed one side of my couch was deflating so I called set an appointment up with them for them to come out and take pictures of the Couch .. They told me they will be there 1 to 5 at my house so I stayed home called around 5 o’clock no one showed up that day no one gave me a courtesy call like they were supposed to. Went in on 23 August to make my payment which is due the first of every month where to check the status because no one had called me . They told me the pictures haven’t been uploaded and that was a week after they finally showed up moral of the story it’s been two weeks since that last visit to the store and still nothing .. Not the happiest right now once this couch is paid off.. I will never return only 1200 more...
