We went a little over an hour before closing and had a pretty large order: 2 family packs and a gallon of sweet tea. I ordered online at least 15 minutes before arriving and still waited almost an hour in the parking lot after we ordered. After pulling up to the speaker, it took almost 2 minutes for someone to take my order, then another 2 minutes at the window only to be told to go park. We waited at least 40 minutes and an employee came out with our food, and said our tea would be a minute as they were making it fresh. We checked the food and realized we were missing 10 boneless wings. I called so that the employee wouldn't have to make more trips out to the car, and she apologized and came out to give us our tea. Instead of a gallon, it was 4 large cups full of tea in a cup holder. Mind you, four large cups is more than a gallon, but the inconvenience of having to carry 4 large cups filled with tea is not worth the extra ounces you get. She gave me the tea and exclaimed that the cook assured her he put 15 boneless wings in each of our two boxes, so I opened the boxes and showed her there were only 10. She had the manager come out and he grabbed the boxes and made us some more wings, the other 10 we needed and a few extra for making us wait. The employee apologized and offered us some cookies or anything else for the inconvenience, and we said that she was helpful enough.
I would give this a 1 star review, but the employee that helped us was very kind and understanding.
It seems that the management at this location is lacking and it's starting to show. The employee that helped us was so sweet, but she looked worked to the bone, and so tired. For a restaurant to not be up to standard and to put their employees in tough situations (imagine if I was a Karen), I say they don't deserve our business.

Read moreI went at 12:00 during volume when you would expect a chicken place to have chicken cooked; however, myself and two other cars had to pull up to wait on chicken to be cooked. I ordered two of the new nashville hot chicken sandwiches which were so sloppily made it was laughable. The picture is so deceiving it's not even funny. That or the people that made the sandwich did not care at all. I had too many fries which normally would be great but these fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I asked if my food came with any zax sauce because if not then I was willing to pay the extra charge to have them. I was told it had one included already, so I asked them to add another. She then realized the bag she was fixing to give me wasn't mine so I ended up receiving no zax sauce at all even though I paid for one extra. The most confusing part was they had an attendent standing outside the building like chic fil a but they were right at the window. So I was telling her every thing I needed and she was relaying a message to a lady standing 1 ft in front of me and it just ended up getting muddled and confused. Read moreI was a employee here and I will be the one to tell yu DO NOT EAT HERE this is the worst restaurant and group of managers I have ever worked with in my entire life ! We have had about 20/25 new hires within 2 months of being here and only about 2 stay. We have had numerous complaints about chicken being raw because they put new people (kids) in the kitchen that don’t kno wat they are doing because they weren’t properly trained. The reason we have the score that we do is because we were informed before the inspection people came. There are roaches everywhere they DO NOT CLEAN right most times they don’t clean at all. Our Gm is more worried about feeding her family more than customers. That’s why sometimes yu will get a wings and things with little to no sauce . They do not care about wat they give yu all to eat just as long as you’re out of their face! If yu come back with an order that was messed up they will look at yu like yu are the problem. This store will NOT last. It should be shut down immediately! Most of our employees won’t even eat from here all the good cooks we do have they run them away.
