The Worst. Nothing has changed in the 7 months since that last bad review. Staff unprofessional, incoherent, forgetful and completely unlike Starbucks usually great service. This is a great location being right at the entrance of a super busy international terminal. I walked up to a line of 10 people who looked flustered at their wait time. (The other food places were not experiencing a rush, this was because the staff was slow) the man ahead of me had been waiting in line to pay for the drink he already had. They forgot to charge him. He put 5$ on the counter the cashier took it ignoring him and he ran off to catch his flight. A full minute passed while she chatted with the other employees (who where apparently on break) about needing more quarters. Then, still looking down she said "here is your change" never realizing he had left long ago. I told her he was in a hurry. She shrugged and went back to fiddling with the quarters. Never acknowledging me or taking my order. Then another frazzled barely awake employee came over and took my order taking three times to understand my name and then forgetting the order.(grande americano, no room. I know it's really complicated.) I turned back to the cashier to pay but she had started another transaction with the person behind me. But first she asked if they had the amaricano? They said no. She finished their transaction and then stared at me blankly. So I said Do you want to charge me for my drink??? Ummmmm was the reply. Another employee stepped in and said I could just take the coffee for free because of the hassle. During this whole fiasco not one drink was made or handed out to any one else. One lady did get a muffin that they forgot to give her after asking 3 employees about it. All this happened at midday. Not first thing in the morning. Pitiful.

Read moreMiserable is the word I would use to describe the staff at this location. Stopped in to order a Frappuccino after a flight. The woman taking orders gave me the impression that she would rather be doing anything other than taking orders at a Starbucks. She showed herself capable of friendliness and even smiling as witnessed when her friend stopped by after I ordered. While waiting an exorbitant length of time for my drink, I noticed that there were no straws. I asked another woman behind the counter for a straw and she pointed me to the empty container where the straws had been. She was visibly annoyed that I asked her to restock the container. Fortunately she was able to accomplish this task within the ten minutes that I waited for my drink. The one person of the three who was making drinks seemed overwhelmed by the task.
To the owner; it may be hard to find staff, but I believe there are people more suited for a public facing job than these three ladies. They work in an international airport, and they might be the first local or American interaction that travellers have after their flight. Read moreI ordered in line at 8:55 am, the line was not too long and I had 30 minutes before my flight boarded. The workers were very friendly but the wait was entirely too long to recieve a drink. I ordered a pink drink and watched person after person who ordered AFTER ME recieve their drink and bakery items first. Many people in line were saying the same but the workers insited they were made in the order they came. Finally at 9:22 they held up the empty cup with my name on it and although I did recieve my drink, I then had to run to board my flight. The wait for my drink took up my entire layover. I was also charged almost $7 for a grande refresher, with a $1.50 charge on the receipt for “no H20 EX ST ACAI” without being informed, if I was told I would be charged for something extra I may have chosen another drink. As a college student on a budget I don’t appreciate extra fees being added on, or standing in line for over 30 minutes while I watch people who ordered after me get theirs first.
