I'm just tired. Every time we have delivery from Domino's something is missing, over cooked or dropped. We ordered tonight: pizza, chicken and bread bites. The chicken was overcooked and hard. The bread bites were MIA. I called right away and my options were a store credit that is not attached to my online profile for easy usage or for them to send them out. My call was placed at 733. I received the bites at 845. It took an hour to make 23 bread bites and drive them 10ish minutes from the store. ??? My husband has to work so none for him bc it took too long. I feel like the employee pride in their job is lacking at my local store. I don't normally post bc I HATE ppl who post on Google. But I tried to call and the kid on the phone did not care. I dropped a customer service email as well. Again I'm tired of this, they need to have some pride in what they do. I spent money I worked for to get crap service. It's not ok .

Read moreI placed an order here and the delivery guy forgot some of my items (not the first time this has happened, last time I asked him to go back and get them) he assured me that when he got back to the store he would make sure I got refunded. I called up there to make sure and I was yelled at by a worker stating that I would get no refund and then the most unprofessional “manager “ proceeded to tell me that since I paid with a credit card (who doesn’t pay by card in 2023?) I wouldn’t get a refund, instead a store credit. Is this a clothing store? A store credit at a pizza place is wild. I wanted a refund because I do not plan to EVER order anything from Dominos as long as I live. The food is BAD!. Read moreBe sure when ordering for delivery to repeat your address or "rm" number you are having it delivered to AT LEAST 10 times because repeating it 3 times AND having the person taking the order repeat it back to you isn't enough. Still managed to write the wrong number down after repeating back to me. Instead of bringing my food to the correct address they call me to tell me that I have to pick it up. If I were in position to pick up I wouldn't have requested for it to be delivered! So basically I get punished for their mistake! Will not be ordering again. Would not be so upset if I felt they cared. No apology or anything. Never acknowledged the mistake was made on the employee part. Not only am I disappointed but my kids are. Seeing that we are already homeless and just wanted our food delivered to the correct room number. Some ppl do not have transportation and the staff in no way tried to make it right.
