Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Roosevelt Park

GOOOD NEWS!!!! Long John Silvers- Henry St., Muskegon, MI I had the pleasure of getting served SUNDAY, MAY 17, 2015 and about 6:33pm at your drive thru. I was served by the BEST server EVER. SHE truly gave the BEST service I have ever experienced . I went through the drive-thru and I was SO undecided and knew nothing about your menu offerings (it had been SO long). She was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, smart, pleasant, very sharp and put together. She is a sweet, beautiful black, young woman that had her hair in a large braided loosely wound bun to one side, near her shoulder. She was brightly and perfectly manicured with great orange and green nail polishes/gels, I think :). I hope with my description of her that you can determine who SHE IS AND tell her again, for me, how great I KNEW she was and that I felt I NEEDED to draw your attention to what a gem you have working there. (Incase you don't know, already.) I wish I could tell you her name because SHE TRULY IS an asset to your store and deserved ME taking the effort to praise her.

It is several days later now AND I still remember her over the top GREAT job performance, demeanor and appearance. I DON'T know her. I live in South East MI and was passing by. I order online for convenience, and assume that convenience could be continued by picking up my online order through the drive through. Apparently, they started a new rule (I say new because I've ordered online dozens of times and picked up in the drive through every single time) that online orders have to be picked up inside the building. For the lack of customers you already have, you shouldn't be inconveniencing the customers you do have by implementing such an inconvenient rule. I'm on a very short lunch break and do not have time to park and come in. I asked for my money back this time, she said she'd let me pick my food up today only through the drive through but not again after that. Then she didn't greet me or say anything about having a nice day, thanks for coming, not even a goodbye. You've lost another customer, keep up the weird rules and rind soon you'll be out of business and your employees...

Freshly fried & Hot fish, shrimp & chicken planks! And those darn little crumbs! I think I clogged up every artery in my body eating about a Cup of 'em!😅🤭🤢 But they're so crunchy and fun to eat, it was worth it! It was nice to see a "Manager" interacting with their employees with a respectful attitude! She didn't take the bait, when one employee saw another make a mistake and she teased him that "the boss is 'gonna be mad and doc your pay!". No. The Manager put the miss shaped fish in a box and said " Here! Just ask the next customer if they'd like to try our crazy fish for FREE!" She patted him on the back saying, "you'll get better at it! Don't worry." Then walked...
