So I went it to order a Giant Taco Pizza and a 2 lbs order of spuds to go. When my order was done I went up to the counter to get it. Nobody asked me how many, or even if, I would like some ranch for my spuds. So I had to ask, when the lady brought my ranch over she just dropped like 4-5 of the little ranch containers on the counter and walks off, again not even offering me a bag. So I had to ask another worked behind the desk if I could get a few more ranch and in a bag too since the 1st lady was just too busy to give me any more customer service other than plopping the minimal amount of ranch down and walking away. 2 pounds of spuds need more than 5 little containers of ranch, we also use it to dip our pizza too. So after that I thought the bad service was over, until I got home and opened my so-called Taco pizza thst was not a Taco pizza at all. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no extra cheese etc. My wife and I were both pretty bummed, not to mention our kids. We aren't even sure what kind of pizza we even got. Needless to say, this was our last visit to Abby's. Horrible uncaring workers, horrible not sure what it even was pizza. Oh and we ran out of ranch 1/2 way through our spuds, let alone any left for the pizza to be dipped into. Growing up I would go to Abby's and watch the pizza makers make our pizzas while sitting on my knees on the little stools they provided. It was a great time and great food. Now Abby's is nothing like it was when I was growing up. It's too bad too, I used to live by Abby out in Melrose growing up and he was a great guy and cared about his company and his customers as well. Now if I want terrible customer service and my order wrong even time, I can just go to McDonalds, or...
Read moreI was sitting in this restaurant In Roseburg on Stephens that has a pizza buffet between the hours of 11am. and 2pm it is a buffet. I arrive at 1:30pm and ask if there is still time left for the buffet...they tell me yes...so I go get your pizza and sit down and start to eat....shortly after I see an employee from the restaurant walk past the buffet and reach his hand in and take a piece of pepperoni off one of the slices of pizza and eats it. Then again I see him do it 3 more times. ..Im thinking now I do not want to go up and get another piece of pizza that he had had his hands or fingers into and eat it...I don't care how clean his hands are thats just not right. I find out that he is the manager of this pizza parlor as well and his name is Josh. I say to him that I think his behavior is disgusting and that I personally would not want to eat off that pizza tray that hes been pulling pepperoni off of...his answer to me was...hey we are going to throw that pizza in the garbage as soon as the buffet is over anyways.....I'm thinking yes but you have been doing it a half hour before it ended. I find this behavior from this...
Read moreI've ate there three times, each time was stellar. I had to give only two stars this time because I talked this place up to my mother in law who was in town visiting from Utah telling her how awesome it was, and how good the food is. She has to be on a gluten free diet and was very excited about there being a gluten free pizza...when we got home and she bit into it, she was so disappointed. She said the crust wasn't tasty at all, and there was hardly any sauce. She didn't end up eating much, and made a sandwich after everyone else finished eating.. I have to admit, even the meat pizza I got that night wasn't the greatest I've had. The crust seemed a little mushy, or undercooked. That same evening my wife tried numerous times to call Abbys to let them know about the issue, but none would pick up the phone.....it wasn't closed at that time either....the one time someone did pick up the phone, she was hung back up on......Sorry Abbys you just went your normal as l legendary self......I really hope this isn't a...
