Hubby and I ordered our dinner on the app, and waited about 10 minutes or so and the tracker bar hadn't moved past the "prep" stage. So we went inside to check on it (we didn't place our order until we got parked in the parking lot).
We go inside and see that they are absolutely slammed! While we were patiently waiting, we hear the manager tell her crew that they are all doing a great job. I can appreciate that so incredibly much.. Hubby says "There was a lot of teamwork happening. Everyone was communicating, working equally as hard as the others, and great leadership." When we received our order, I grabbed it and told the manager that they were all doing an amazing job. Meanwhile, my man gives her a $20 tip. The look on her face was priceless as she asked of he was sure. He says "yeah you're doing a wonderful job." She then turned around and yelled it out to her crew what just happened.
We left the parking lot to make more space for the employees that do deliveries. While we were enjoying our dinner after getting parked somewhere else, he is telling me about his sandwich having "the right amount of crunch, yet still soft." And his pizza crust reminded him of Pizza Hut's crust while it was still good (years ago).
Meanwhile, I'm enjoying my pasta bowl that is by far the most amazing one I've gotten yet. And I always get the same thing. The mushrooms, tasted so fresh. It was amazing!
Moral of story: Customers should be incredibly grateful towards the people who make their food. You have no idea what the workers in the food industry are dealing with. I wouldn't be able to do that job. I doubt I'd make it more than 5 minutes in rush hour like that without losing my mind. So I highly respect those who can function that well. They deserve to be shown how much you appreciate the hard, back breaking, exhausting work that they are doing.
Something isn't quite right? Be kind with your words, tone, and body language. There is absolutely no reason to get all mad and raise voices or cuss out the workers. Kindness...

Read moreI made two orders (they were within a few minutes of one another) and after a forty five minute wait, I checked the status of my order and found it had been canceled. When I called the restaurant to find out what was going on, I couldn't hardly understand the manager (I assume she was a manager) because she was talking to someone else and all of the noise in the background, then I was put on hold, when someone finally got back on the line, I'm pretty sure it wasn't the manager I talked too, then told my order had been canceled due to a "invalid phone number" (the last time I had an issue with this location, the manager at the time first tried my phone number, and when that didn't work, he emailed me). I had to reorder everything (the only reason I did was because I had a house full of hungry people) and told I would be refunded for the first order in 48 to 72 hours, then I waited another forty five minutes only to learn their delivery driver had just moved to town from out of state and didn't know his way around the area. Suffice to say I WON'T be ordering from this place...
