MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Roseburg

Living in Grants pass I visited Mod Pizza several times a month. I always loved the great costumer service, and the great food. I also went to Medford often and always visited the Mod Pizza there. I loved Mod Pizza and everything about it. But then I moved to Roseburg, of course I couldn't wait to visit the Roseburg location. Wow, was I disappointed. Mod Pizza is like Subway, you go down the line and let them know what you want on your pizza. Well unfortunately in Roseburg I had to practically beg for more cheese, pepperoni, and any other toppings I wanted. I did not enjoy the whole dining experience and I left unsatisfied. So I gave them another chance . I was not happy with the food or the service the second time. A few weeks later I brought a friend to eat at Mod Pizza, I figured the last two times must have been a mistake or something. Well, neither one of us were happy with the food or the service. So I have not been back since. Same thing with my friend. I love Mod Pizza, it's concept, and everything about it, just not this particular store in Roseburg. Wife ordered 3 little kid cheese pizzas and one 11” for us at 1800 in the evening. Scheduled to be ready at 1903 (an hour later). She got there at 1930 or so. To find three cheese pizzas, cold, and a missing 11” pizza. They offered to redo the order but that would have meant a trip to back of the line and at least another 30 min wait (minimum) Three smalls were for the kids and the 11” was for us. Kids pizza was cold! And she arrived at home the kids were fed with substandard pizza. We went ahead and microwaved the pizzas. My son gave it a 5 if 100 rating, daughter 3 of 100…. Unfortunately we won’t be going back. Very disappointed. Wife was offered a refund however she would have had to get back in line to be reimbursed for their mistake. They should have expected a big customer load on week one of opening. It’s a shame i thought this would be the beginning of popular chains coming to roseburg. Let’s hope...

(Worst service in Roseburg) Stood in line for 10min without a single (be right with you, thanks for coming in) it was so slow and we were the only ones in line besides the couple in front of us, who's order was almost finished when we got there. The person who I assume was the manager was on the floor talking to some people who where on there way out(definitely an acquaintance), even after they left she didn't bother helping us, and started messing around by the oven, by this time it had been over 10min, after one of the employees finished making a salad for a pickup order, he walk right passed us without saying a word, and started flattening the dough right in front of us, another 5 minutes passed and by this time we have had enough, as we were leaving another couple walked in, and were promptly greeted.
