Pita Pit has been on our lunch list for our lunches that our Drug Representatives bring as I work in a Mental Health Clinic (not a very big one 12 people at max when everyone is in office and that is rare, today is also not one of those days that the office is full either) not every time we have someone for lunch but occasionally we will want too order from Pita Pit, did not even get a chance too place the order, called at 11:02 (always call at 11 to place orders for lunches whenever we have them) talked too the worker about placing a to go order for 9 people, she asked me a time frame I told the worker 11:45 - 12 ish, we have lunch blocked out at 12 for over an hour so was not concerned about it being done super quickly because I know it was a lot of orders and it was getting close too their lunch rush time, and she handed me too another employee that did not give me her name and refused service and was basically lecturing me about placing orders. Understandable for lunch rushes with bigger to go orders I never want too cause the employees to be rushed or anything I know it gets busy, I wasn't asking it for it to be a priority over the other stuff they had going on, most of our orders today were just the normal pitas with suggested toppings so nothing crazy I was trying too order either (not that I had the chance too tell them,) but the attitude I was given was actually insane for a fast food restaurant trying too place an order. Have had no problems with this before when I have called to order from them in the past as I have been doing this for over two years now and they have been wonderful until today, have never gotten lectured from an employee of a fast food place. Doesn't look good to any of the patients or providers here at my office that overheard the phone call. Got lunch...
Read moreTHE BAD So the younger heavier set girl that works there (use to work at DQ cuz she complained about that too) was miserable to deal with she was talking to her I assume boyfriend when we walked in and looked pissed off that we showed up and interrupted her time she was rude and extremely slow it took forever to get our food and we were the only ones in there for 2 pitas. was trying to ask her questions being the 2nd time I've ever been in there and she just says "I don't know what's on anything I just look at the receipt and make it" she kept nothing clean the food bar was naaaaaaasty the guac was black, we both asked for some extras on our pita and neither of us got what we asked and she just made both pitas the same and they were TINY like the size of a soap bar tiny.... 0 out of 10 experience (looks like someone else in the comments had bad experience with her as well.)
THE GOOD The guy that works there maybe mid 20s was a BOSS. Excellent first time experience answered any questions we had with a smile on his face and happily helped us out. He kept everything spotless food looked fresh. they were out of smoothie products but pointed us to booster juice and tried to help us out any way he could. Got our orders spot on he was really fast. Pita was perfect size even bigger than I thought they were and it was delicious.
We both agreed if that chicks working there we are walking right back out of the door and going somewhere else.

Read moreThis place needs some serious help. My boyfriend and I walked in for dinner about a two weeks prior because Panda Express was slammed and pita was pretty empty. We were turned away about an hour before closing by a young man who said he wasn’t taking orders anymore even though the restaurant was pretty empty there was only like one other costumer in line.
We decided to give it a second chance today and this time we weren’t greeted at all when we walked in. When we finally got to placing an order it took about 25 to 30 minutes and that wasn’t even the worst part because the employees spent that whole time airing a BUNCH or dirty laundry about some illegal and inappropriate interactions between underage staff and older staff, stolen stuff from the fridge and a bunch of firings that had just happened. They talked about it in uncomfortable and excruciating detail.. often pausing the food making process to gossip. We left as soon as we got our food there was no apology about the wait time or even a symbols response when I said “have a nice day” as I was eating my food I’m the car I noticed she got my very simple custom order very wrong by like 4 Ingredients and I pulled one of the cooks very long hairs out of my wrap. 🤮 I work as a cook in a kitchen and we are made to wear hair nets...
