Pretty good pizza, and it’s painted like the Italian flag, so the pizza must be just like in Italy then....right? Unfortunately, no.....but still good pizza.

Each Bruno's varies wildly, and they all have flaws. The Bruno's on 933 burned the pizza we ordered and tried to sell it to use for half price. I mean, it was inedible; have some pride. The Bruno's in downtown South Bend has slices you can buy all day, but they come out looking like they've been slowly heated for hours in an oven, so the overall product is disappointing (and you can't begin to eat the crusts). One time I asked for two slices of pepperoni and a cup for water. The lady ran my card for more than she should have. When I pointed this out, she said, "Oh, I thought you said you wanted a #1." What I said and "#1" aren't even close in word count, let alone syllables. How did she hear me wrong. Then she wouldn't fix the error. She just stared at me with a deer-in-the-road look in her eyes. The Bruno's near IUSB has the best slices: tasty, simple, fresh--but the parking situation can be difficult because the lot is so tiny and they have to watch for college kids parking there and walking to campus to avoid paying for a parking pass. Overall, the pizza is uninspired, you throw away the crust, and the...

The restaurant is dirty and disgusting; there's got to be a ton of health code violations in that place.

Also, they advertise a buffet. It's the poorest excuse for a buffet I've ever seen. They had no salad bar, as their sign says. They did let me know that when I called beforehand, and we decided to go anyway. When we decide to go to a buffet, not having to wait for food is always considered a big plus. After we showed up we realized that they do not have any pizza actually available for the buffet; you have to wait for them to make it. Having a variety to choose from is another main reason why we decided to go to a buffet. On the phone and when we paid, we were told they would make some slices with mushrooms, so I was looking forward to that. Later, they said that they wouldn't make any after all since they had already made three kinds to choose from (none with any vegetables, which is what I would have liked).

Not worth the money at all. They pretty much eliminated the two main reasons for choosing a buffet. And again, I can't emphasize enough how dirty...

We ordered delivery. They said 50-55 minutes. After an hour and a half we called them and they first said they hadn't made our pizza because they had run out of mushrooms. (No call to let us know there was a problem.) Then they said they had no order for our address. They had all ready charged our debit card. We went down there and it was filthy. Some rude guy claiming to be the owner offered to make us a free pizza.(How is it free when we all ready paid for it?) When we refused free pizza and asked to have the charge reversed he got angry and told us to "Get the f$#@ out " He said he reversed the charge right after we called. We WILL be keeping a close eye on our account. I don't trust that he actually did. ( When we called he told us there was no order for us) We will never go there again based on the rude "owner", terrible service, and general disgusting filth. Health Department should stop in sometime. Wouldn't really know how the pizza is as we never got it but based on the way the placed looked, I'm...
