McDonald's — Restaurant in Roselle Park

This service here is horrendous. I ordered 3 McCrispys with cheese. Pretty simple order, but this location is known for messing up simple orders as the last time I came to this location and added cheese to my sandwiches, there was none. No surprise, there was no cheese on my sandwiches last night either. I drive back around the drive through, stated they forgot my cheese and they told me to drive to the window. There was a pretty decent line and the service was extremely slow so I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. As I’m at the window, the employee insists that there is nothing they can do other than throw a cold slice of cheese on top of the sandwiches and stated there was no way of warming up the food. As a customer, I should not have to eat cold food due to employee error, so I insist that the food is completely remade. He slammed the drive through window on me. There was so much sassiness and attitude from this man, I asked this man for his name as his customer service was very poor. He insisted on not giving me his name stating I don’t need that information. Never heard of a fast food restaurant where employees first names aren’t disclosed. I asked to speak to a manager as it came to my surprise he wasn’t a manager and was a regular team member. She remade the food with no issue and let me know that the employees name is Darrell. I will definitely be calling corporate about this man and his unprofessionalism as he should not be an employee with such poor communication skills and customer service. The video will also be...

Went to drive through and got some of the worse attitude ever. Drive through window person did not direct me once as to what window to go to. I sat at her window for at least 5 to 10 minutes as she watched me. I asked why didn't you tell me to go through. With attitude, she says I thought you knew. Spoke to the manager and she looked oblivious.

The final nail in the coffin is the fact the building is a blight to my community. It looks horrendous. The landscaping doesn't even look like it's been touched in years and the exterior of the building needs a power wash and paint job. This is minimal work, not asking for a major rehaul.

If you want me back renovate your grounds and I'll give you another chance.

This place used to be very efficient. Yet, our most recent experience was horrible here. The person taking the order spoke English; at least we thought. We went to the speaker to put in our order and had to say several times that we wanted an item and also asked for the cost; not the item. They put in the order instead. So, when we thought we were going to pay $13, we actually paid $20. We love the double drive thru concept. It would help that they state which window to drive up to. At least, every item was in the bag, though we actually did not want it.
