CLOUDTEA @ Five Spice Kitchen — Restaurant in Roselle

Ordered from here twice first time amazing the 2nd time ordered the same thing and was severely disappointed. Oreo boba lava tasted as if someone simply had a cup of milk with oreos crumbled in it and the horchata was so bland id rather go to a authentic mexican place for REAL horchata. What they had was some concoction that tasted nothing like horchata. Gave some old boba that been sitting around for who knows how long cause it literally felt like fuzzy moldy balls and barely could even go thru the straw better off taking off the top and using a spoon, unbelievable. When I call first someone answers who had a clear language barrier not understanding then i get passed to a guy named brian assuming he was going to help then get passed back to the same person a woman named chen again and did not take a second to actually listen would just jump in interfering what was being explained it wasnt until I said complaint, bad drinks, not a good job to catch her attention cause she thought i was calling to order and when i told her the issue she just laughed said okay and brushed it off rather than giving some options to clear up the issue since it was all bland even there 100% sweetness level which is standard confusing system set up for inconsistencies. Unfortunately seems for delivery they could care less on quality since your not in person. Theres plenty of other boba tea places that are a lot better in terms of drinks being consistently delicious and caring customer service....

My girlfriend and I were driving around in her new Rango, when all of sudden my thirst needed to be quenched. I acted quick and googled “Tea” normally we go to Starbucks for a refresher but they were closing. So we stumbled upon Cloud Tea. Upon arriving there we were a tad confused because we pulled into a Chinese Restaurant parking lot. We start to walk up, and realized the cloud tea took up half of the restaurant. We jumped on a kiosk right away to look at the drinks. Great variety we ended up picking the Favorite Tea and the Flamingo. We placed our order, and to the bathroom we went. Very clean by the way, not Loves Clean. We sat and enjoyed some infused water which was for the table. Our order was ready, we tried both drinks, the Favorite Tea was really good, the Flamingo way to much watermelon. I did not feel like getting tea, so I tried their Horchata bubble tea. I think they might be one of the only ones in the area to have this. I thought it was tasty. The store was decorated very nicely. Lots of instagramable areas. This store is combined with a restaurant. I liked that I could order from a kiosk. I could see the different options and how to customize them. Unfortunately, there is only 1 kiosk. It wss my first time here, so I took time at the kiosk, which caused others to have to wait.
