Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roselle

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! If i could give them 0 i would but i have to leave a star or it wont count... but its a zero. I usually give a lot of grace with the reviews and try to find the bright side of things but... in this case i cannot. First of all they ALWAYS mess up my order, everything from not cooking their food all the way to forgetting food and straws for iced coffees. One time they had even messed up an iced coffee and made it hot so he just poured it into a cup of ice causing it to be all watered down. If this issue was one or 2 times in a long time i would understand but this is EVERY TIME i go there. There's another dunkin right down the street. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE...

Okay guys SO I went to this dunkin literally a few minutes ago and BRO I was there for a fatttttt min waiting for a medium hot coffee and a doughnut & when I FINALLY got it it was so gross it tasted like watered down coffee might as well give me DIRTY MOP WATER ! The drive thru was moderately busy so I decided to go inside to place my order. There was one employee working the inside cashier position who was also filling orders who had no sense of urgency & was working at an extremely slow pace. There was only two people in line in front of me, I waited almost 10 minutes and left without getting my order placed. To make matters worse, this exact scenario happened 2 weeks ago. Perhaps it's my fault for even going back after the last time. If time is a concern, you may be better served finding a place that can fill a coffee...
