The customer service needs work and so does attention and kindness from the staff. I ordered a small caramel latte with almond milk, and when I went up to window the guy gave me what looked like mostly milk and no coffee. I had already pulled out of the drive thru, and when I tried it, it was made with regular whole milk and no caramel. I drove again through the drive thru, and informed them that there was no caramel or no almond milk as I had just ordered 2 minutes ago, the woman (who did not take my order) said “you didnt say almond milk but okay drive up we will make you another one” in a rude manner (don’t know why she even said that since she didn’t take my order!) I drove up and the guy did not apologize for messing up the order, only decided that he would charge me $1 more for the almond milk, when it was normally $0.50 more for almond milk. At this point I was shocked that they would treat a customer this way AFTER messing up the order. The guy kept pushing me for the $0.50 when he clearly saw I was looking for it in my purse. Needless to say, there is not way I am coming back to this Dunkin’ donuts. It’s a true shame because they were excellent when this location...

His family owns multiple DD LOCATIONS and I respect him for that but I’ve lived in Roselle for the last 5 years and with in the last few years things haven’t been well I’ve brought it to his attention but anyone else who goes there can relate or please correct me if I’m wrong I pay extra for certain things yet I’m served the absolute opposite.. the staff just gives you what they want to . Now I’m not posting this for everyone to go and try to get over him because he is a kind and easy going person . He will make sure that any unsatisfied customer will be given what they have asked for as long as it’s paid for and at the end of the day he’s a businessman so he is willing to work with customers and make sure that they are satisfied so that there is repeat business I am not posting this so everyone can go into There and hound him if don’t like what they get or not because I turned it in today everybody should be honest and if there is something that you are unsatisfied about please bring it to Supervisors attention thank you...
Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The service was beyond unacceptable, and the manager -I believe his name was Azam- was shockingly unprofessional and rude. I placed a simple order, and not only did they get it wrong, but they also completely ignored the food allergy information I clearly provided. This isn’t just bad service — it’s dangerous.
When I tried to bring the mistake to the manager’s attention, Azam was dismissive and acted like it was somehow my fault. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a bad attitude and zero care for customer safety. I can’t imagine how many other customers have been treated this way without speaking up.
This location has clearly lost my business for good. A place that can’t even handle basic customer service, puts people with allergies at risk, and is run by someone so unprofessional should not be allowed to stay open. Save yourself the frustration and go...
