Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roselle

I barely go to DD, but this morning I was craving their vanilla chai. I stopped in on my way to work assuming it wouldn't take too long. When I went up to the register to place my order, the girl at the register told me that she was new and couldn't find the button for my drink, so she called over someone else to help her. I'm unsure if she was the manager or not, but she couldn't find the button either.

I'm waiting patiently to pay while they try to find the button, as minutes are passing. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes and I finally ended up walking out because I couldn't wait any longer or else I would have been late to work.

I'm not the type of person to complain, but from a customer service standpoint, I didn't understand why 1. They didn't just ring up a different drink of equal value so I can pay and be on my way 2. Give me the drink for free for the inconvenience or 3. Have someone start making my drink while they try finding the button.

This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location, and even though this location is right by my house, I will be taking my business to further locations to ensure I get the appropriate...

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t post reviews. I figure people have off days sometimes. This place is completely ridiculous every time I come in. The manager w the multicolored hair makes it known when customers annoy her. I got that award today, because I ordered a box of joe and dozen donuts and I got to hear her complain about me, right in front of me about how this shouldn’t be ordered in the mornings they don’t have time for this…. So I went here twice, a week apart. First time was a Saturday mid-morning. they of course were out of many things, but I got a heated chocolate croissant and it was good. Then a couple days ago I went at 6 pm and there was quite a bit left, but no chocolate croissants, so I got a vanilla long john and... it was very stale. Not sure if they use great ingredients so there's no preservatives, or what.. but it was dang chewy and not satisfying. Heavy instead of light. I went here because I was using the laundromat a couple doors down in the same strip mall, but I rarely go to Dunkin so I have no idea if this is the standard.
