If you’re attempting a catering order, run fast, run far!!! I placed an order 3-4 weeks before my event. Confirmed multiple times, including 6 days before. Went to pick it up. ZERO food!!!! 100 people due at my house in 20 minutes, 0 food. Now, mistakes happen. But did they apologize? Nope (later i did get an email from the person who confirmed my order. But in store, no remorse. Only complete disrespect). Did they rush to put an order together? Nope! Didn’t even offer. She told me repeatedly my order was never confirmed. Essentially trying to defer blame to me. I left COMPLETELY distraught called back & asked for the person who confirmed my order. She could not connect me. Again told me my order wasn’t confirmed. And then told me I’m a bad person!!! Who runs a business that way???? (She identified herself as the owner). This was my FIRST and last experience with them. I had split my catering order between Elena’s and prontos, who we’ve used for over a decade (attempted to patronize another small business- mistake! Stick with the 1 who’s proven themselves). 1 phone call to them & they fulfilled enough food for the party in 25 minutes. Highly recommend PRONTOS. HIGHLY WARN...

Ask for receipt when the guy is working he likes to tip himself when using a credit or debit card not the first time it has happened the girls are fine great food, *IN RESPONSE to my review we didnt get any chips and it wasnt 1$ it was 10$ i called you and the girl said you charged me for an extra sandwich, the first time this happened i went in got a hot sandwich the guy was working didnt flip the screen when it was time to pay sandwich was 15$ didnt think anything of it , couple weeks later stopped in again got the same order girl was working she DID flip the screen when it was time to pay and it was 11$ and now yesterday didnt ask for a receipt and paid 53$ for 3 sandwiches a can of pop and NO CHIPS youre food is delicious and the girls are great but guy please have more integrity when dealing with regulars who dont ask...

Elena's Cucina has great Italian food. I am a very harsh critic when it comes to food ask any of my friends when we go out to dinner. It's usually not up to par. That's because I'm Italian and know how the food is suppose to taste. But Elena's food never ever is a disappointment. She is the only one I would ever use for a party. I can even begin to tell you what you should get because all her food is great. I recently had a small party for 14 and the menu was a huge success.
