Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Roselle

We order from this Jimmy John’s almost every month & it’s always great.. Except for the first time I tried their toasted sandwich and it’s extremely dry. I called to get a new sandwich or refund but the manger said no right away.

For a loyal customer, they should at least give me a refund.

Only put low stars because of this issue. We easily probably keep this location in business with the amount of sandwiches we order here.

They said on the phone, because I ordered this type of sandwich and took the bread out is why it’s dry (the spicy east coast Italian). They should specify that online & not give you the option to toast all their sandwiches. I think the sauce is also all dried out. Not edible for $15 I paid. A waste!

We came in on a day when it had just started snowing and this Jimmy John's was empty. We ordered a couple of regular size subs, two bags of chips, and two drinks and the total came out to about $26 - not bad. My Italian sub was perfect. There was a good amount of meat and not too much oil/vinegar. The Jimmy John's chips are always good too.

All the tables were spotless and the floor didn't have a spot of salt on it from outside. Our sandwiches were ready before we filled our cups with soda. This location also looks a lot larger than other Jimmy Johns. There looks to be a few more tables than normal and a lot more room to maneuver around...

Still only drive up very inconvenient. Ordered on the app forgot to select no tomatoes. Called right away and asked for no tomatoes guy said its already made no offer to remake sandwich. Drove to location sat at pick up window for several minutes saw someone stacking bread I guess I had to shine a blinking flashlight to get his attention. He opens the window says what can I do for you in an unpleasant tone. I gave him my name he grabs my bag aggressively hands it to me and says here you go in the same unpleasant tone. They need to pay attention to the drive up window and be more willing to remake an order if the customer messes up...
