I'm disappointed to do this, but a year after I rated them well, I feel the need to change my review. For a very long time I felt this was the best MCD I had ever been to. It's unfortunate but over the last 6 months I've noticed a huge decline in the service and food. The drive thru staff no longer greets me with a smile and a "have a nice day". I've started yelling "have a nice day!!!" to them after they quickly close the window on me after tossing me my food. I'm regularly asked to pull up to wait when I've placed small simple orders and many times nobody is behind me. I'm regularly given shakes or ice cream... and then asked to pull up and wait for 10 minutes... therefore my ice cream melts while I sit there. One time I asked how long it would be and was told 3 minutes, so I declined to move forward as nobody was behind me. They said (in a very rude manner) that someone was coming up behind me so I needed to move. I moved... waited 8 minutes for my food... nobody came behind me. What happened to your stellar service at this location? I wish I knew what happened... you used to actually be great here! The employees were awesome for years and now it's like so different. My old review said the staff was what made it great... they always got my orders correct... I cannot say that anymore. I wouldn't recommend this location any more than any other...
Read moreI drove through the Drive thru tonight at 11:47 PM. Nobody took my order. You just get a recording. I drove up to the window and asked for a manager. The Drive Thu decided to close early. The manager was just out right rude. He tells me too bad, get here earlier. I asked him was their a number for Customer Service, and talks back to me with total disrespect, no apology , and shoots me the middle finger. Totally outrageous. This waa at the location at 439 E Irving Park Road in Roselle, IL. I intend to do everything possible with Corporate, and help from the media to get this person terminated, replaced at this Mc Donalds, even if takes a year, or longer.
New new Update: I was back here again tonight thru the Drive Thru. I give them my reward code. You get no notification, or communication that their system is down, until you get the receipt of your order, when you discover you were charged full price, no points, no communication from the staff or anything. This literally has to be the worse dsyfunctional Mc Donald’s I ever been to in my entire life. The owner of this franchise needs to pay attention, and reach out to his customers, instead of how being so concerned about his revenue, he is profiting...
Read moreI understand mistakes happen but If u mess up someone's order and completely inconvenience them, maybe u should take accountability, apologize, and possibly fix ur mistake. Store manager Yurie is super unprofessional. She took my order incorrextly and didnt give me a reciept. But i know i aksed for 2 sausage buscuits and i said it twice. I ordered 2 of everything for 2 kids. When i called them because im missing a buscuit and one of my kids is crying, the responses i got were, "there's a screen you can check if your order is correct." And multiple times "so why didn't you ask for a reciept?" After running circles around accountability, she offered for me to come back and get the reciept 🤣. She also said i was yelling at her and definitely wasn't. I was stern cause i was upset one of my kids is without breakfast and i didnt have time to stop again. No compensation needed but ur customer service...
