Food-Always fresh, tasty and very quick to the table; there are some different breakfast options like the Santa Fe Skillet which is so tasty - it is made with spicy chorizo - very good! Service-All Servers are relatively exceptional; when you get Alicia as a Server, you will be so surprised at how attentive she is and your coffee cup is never empty or any beverage for that matter. She is kind, chit-chats a bit and is always smiling, makes you feel welcome, sincerely. Atmosphere-This place is so darn clean, it's sparkling!! even the Restrooms - WOW, I have never seen them dirty, looks like no one uses them, really! I was expecting a better service from this restaurant chains. The soon you enter in the place smells funky. Once you sitting, and start realizing that those smells do not coming from a rug. The intensity of those "funky wet rug" smells do not really coming from a rug, because, they do not have even one. The service is not on point. The waitress forgot the pancakes. The glasses come dirty, the food well cooked, but, not the best, just eatable. I will not go back again. Manager needs to put attention in those circumstances. The food was a little bit of a hit and miss. The country fried steak was really good but my scrambled eggs were over done. They only had white or wheat as bread option. Otherwise the service was exceptional… well let me emphasize. The service from server Ray (which he wasn’t my server) was excellent. He went out of his way to ask me if I needed something when he must have noticed I was looking for my server. I asked him if he could relay a message.
