Their lunch special menu (available Mon - Fri until 3:30 pm) had drew me in for a Monday lunch, but since it was Veterans Day, they said holidays do not apply, even though that's not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Alas, I did not get to try my intended order of the uni pasta with spicy tuna roll and black tea.
Instead, I got their non-deluxe uni pasta ($14.99) and the blue crab hand roll ($7.25). I'm assuming the cream in the pasta is made of uni as the non-deluxe version has no piece of uni at all. There is some roe in the pasta, along with seaweed and garnish. Pasta is a good size for lunch, as I had no leftovers to take home. I was surprised that the blue crab hand roll had very minimal mayo, so yay! Lots of blue crab in the roll, just be careful taking it out of the stand as several pieces started tumbling off the roll when I was lifting it.
Service was okay. Seems like our server was more lively and conversational with the other guests, but maybe it's a language thing.

Always surprise you with dishes that are not on the menu. They have a homemade tiramisu that is delicious, and you should try it out. I donโt think you can get it anywhere out there yet. Iโm not a good review writer, and Iโm not sure if this will get deleted because Yelp does delete reviews from newly opened restaurants. I'm not sure why. Anyways. I am picky when it comes to sushi. I usually stick to salmon, because it has a mild flavor & doesnโt have a strong aftertaste. I tried salmon belly, both cuts of toro, yellowtail, & mackerel. I loved them all! Fantastic selection at reasonable prices for the quality you get.
