This is an updated review from 4 months ago: Yesterday I had mobile ordered two subs and when I entered the store I let them know my name and I was early from when the suggested pick up time I saw they were very busy and I was just content waiting as they were working on multiple orders but the manager was very nice and while I wasn’t expecting anything extra but he gave me a drink as I was waiting for sometime and I was very appreciative as I saw they were working very hard and they seemed better with working with what team they had and it’s a complete 180 from the last time I mobile ordered as I stopped mobile ordering after that always loved the team in the shop so nice and will be back thanks for making my experience better even though you didn’t have to
First off let me say this must have been a real off day for the staff because usually they are on top of things but today seemed very miss managed I had ordered via the app and I came in a bit early which I told the gentleman doing the online orders and he had been working on the previous order and he seemed a bit flustered as he was all over the place and honestly it wasn’t that busy and at one point it did pick up and he went and stopped doing orders all together and started helping people in store and leaving orders via online just sitting there it took a very long time to get my two subs I ordered felt like pulling teeth they were more focused on orders in store than online which made me kinda annoyed finally got home and they were kinda meh as my husband asked for extra onion and there weren’t really much on it and my sandwich didn’t have a lot of the vegetables etc like they were too busy to really look at the ticket and wanted the order out...
Read moreJersey Mike’s is now one of my favorite restaurants. This evening was my first time trying it and I hate myself for not doing so sooner. The place is fan-flippin’-tastic. We unfortunately live in a society where a lot of other competing sandwich shops just throw together your order with without any love nor care. I can tell that the fine folks at Jersey Mike’s, on the other hand, take the craft of sandwichery serious. I sincerely hope this first visit was not an anomaly and every piece of bread is used as a canvas to create such a tasty piece of art. Magnificent. I had “the number four” and added some banana peppers and mayo. Oof, did those peps add an extra kick of fun to an already exhilarating experience. Provolone, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo all on wheat bread (my choice) with fresh veggies and red wine vinegar. I will be returning many times. Pro tip: get chips someplace else and eat those with the sandwiches. I’m sorry, J. Mike, but nobody’s perfect. Get some better or even...
Read moreI really want to like this location because it’s the closest one to my house, but I just can’t do it anymore. They absolutely drown every sandwich in juice. I’ve had multiple times where my paper around the sandwich is literally dripping when I open it. This also leads to the bread getting soggy and gross. I’ve had better luck with the Eagan locations. Also, this trip they forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag, so my son got no lunch as I didn’t have time to drive back. This was an in store order as well- so I didn’t think I needed to check the bag. I was even there long enough after I paid to fill three drinks and get chips but apparently none of the 5 people behind the counter noticed the random sandwich they just never gave me. They do, do a good job with gluten free subs as I have a daughter with Celiac. Jersey Mike’s is one of the few places she can eat safely and this store generally does well with taking the proper...
