FOR 9 YEARS I WOULD ORDER ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY BECAUSE OF MY WORK SCHEDULE TOO TIRED TO COOK. I WOULD ORDER THE SAME EXACT THING. LAST WEEK PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND IT WAS WRONG. THE GUY I SPOKE TO WAS NICE AND SAID HE WAS SORRY AND TO CALL WHEN READY FOR THE CORRECT ORDER. TODAY I HAD MY DAUGHTER WHICH WOULD ORDER FOR ME MANY TIMES SPOKE WITH A FEMALE WORKER. SHE WAS RUDE AND NASTY AND SAID 3 TIMES YELLING FREE SUB FREE SUB FREE SUB. STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN. WENT TO THE LOCATION AND IF FELT LIKE TWO BULLIES GAIN UP AGAINST ME TELLING I'M GETTING A FREE SANDWICH. I TOLD THEM IT'S NOT FREE WHEN YOU HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN'T CORRECT. SHE SLAMMED THE WRONG SANDWICH IN THE GARBAGE AND WOULD NOT STOP TRYING TO JUSTIFY HER NASTINESS OVER THE PHONE. ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS I'M SORRY MAYBE IT WAS A MISSUNDERSTANDING WITH THE ORDER, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE SO WE CAN FIX IT CORRECTLY. HOW HARD IS IT TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN SPENDING $80 * 14 ORDERS A MONTH FOR THE PAST MANY YEARS SINCE THE OPENING OF THIS LOCATION. I AM VERY EASY TO PLEASE JUST TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. WHEN I LEFT HER AND HER PARTNER WAS SO RUDE I NO LONGER WANTED THE SANDWICH. PLUS SHE WAS ARGUEING WITH ME OVER HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE FIXING THE SANDWICH WHEN YOU KNOW WE SPIT WHEN TALKING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY. I WOULD HAVE BEEN EATING FOOD THAT SHE HAD MADE SPITTING OVER IT AND ON TOP OF THAT AFTER SHE RUNG UP SOMETHING ON THE REGISTER, SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON GLOVES. Read moreHorrible customer service! I ordered here for lunch and noticed what looks like mold on the bread. It’s hard to tell on the picture but it’s on the inside layer of the bread. I called just to be kind to notify the staff so they can be aware of this issue and the girl that answered put me on hold and then came back and started laughing then said it’s impossible for their bread to be moldy since they make it fresh. Read moreMy first time at this location. I did an online order and they missed a bag of chips and half of my turkey sub was cheese with zero meat. Other customizations were spot on. It's just tough to trust when things are missing from your order the first time you go. Not sure if I'll trust them to online order again. I haven't contacted the store about the missing chips because i'm on to the next activity with small kids and can't afford to swing back. That's why it's so important that the order is right...
