Wendy's — Restaurant in Rosemount

Honestly I give it a star for behind the counter being clean. Two cars in front of me yet it took 30+ mins to get up to the second window. When we finally pull up the kid is to busy laughing and in a bragging manner telling his co workers how he just messed up both orders in front of us like it was a game. (All of them had terrible attitudes expect for the kid at the first window.) We ordered 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla frosty with a thing of fries. Pretty hard order to screw up if you ask me. After him trying 5+ different times and us sitting there repeating our order over and over and over again for who knows how long to this kid and his manager right behind him he still messed up our order but at this point we were over it and we left with our cold fries and completely melted (and warm) frosties. This is the #1 Wendys ever! I had an issue with a manager treating me horribly. I called the district manager and he was on top of it right away! He apoligized over and over. He asked for my address to send free meals for the kids and I. I was surprised today because he came to my house and hand delivered coupons for free meals for me and all my kids and to shake my hand and apoligize again!!!! He went above and beyond to correct the actions of his manager. Beyond this one incident I have never had issues at this Wendys. They always get my food right, it always tastes good, and all the other staff is kind and amazing. Now I know why....the staff and business is a true reflection of the man who runs it. The District manager. He cares about his business, his job, and most importantly his customers. We will continue to make this our #1 place to go for fast food. Thanks for being beyond...

Wendy's, the last bastion of fast food burgers, fries and stuff, is slippin, man. At least this particular joint is. Not going back. Food was gross. Plain and simple. Pretty bummed. You could never go wrong with Wendy's. Unless I can find a different franchise nearby, I can't say this with confidence anymore. I hope your Wendy's is better than mine.
