I am writing this review after MULTIPLE fair chances at this Dairy Queen. It never fails me that I feel as if I am being punched and I am just waiting for someone to fill me in on their prank. The employees working the window...I am unsure if the quality of headset on their side is subpar but they can NEVER HEAR ME! Their response "huh, what, hold up, what did you say"? We went the other day and there was one car in front of us and one car at the window receiving their food. The car in front of us was told "hold on a minute". They gave the car at the window their food and then came to take the order at the drive-thru. After he gave his order he proceeded to the window and we sat at the speaker and was informed the same thing "hold on a minute". That minute turned into NINE MINUTES sitting and waiting at the speaker to place my order of just 2 ice creams. They did not take our order at the speaker until the car at the window drove off. No multi-tasking, no sign of life, nothing! The young lady proceeded to take my order through the blaring speaker; and halfway through the first ice cream order "hold up, huh what did you want", I then repeated and she got it correct. Followed by my order, which was repeated back incorrectly and quickly corrected after repeating myself. Order finally correct and we proceed to the window. I hand off my method of payment to a different young lady than who took my order, who then took off to run the payment and my card was returned by another employee. Ok, that was odd. He then proceeded to hand me one of my treats which flicked ice cream onto my car, WITH NO SPOON! Ok no big deal, easy miss and proceeded to tell me to have a good evening. I proclaimed I was still missing one more treat and his reply "oh what was it"? I repeated what was missing and he promptly brought that to me with again no spoon! Sir, may we please have 2 spoons so we can eat our treats? My daughter and I look at each other puzzled as the entire experience from beginning to end was awful and even she stated "we have never had luck here and I think this was our sign to not come back". I agreed. We leave and she is a handful of bites into her treat and she pulls a HAIR out of her mouth!!!!!!!! The entire experience/experiences there have never once been successful. We are a busy family and sometimes a nice treat at Dairy Queen would be nice but unfortunately that isn’t the case, from the employees not hearing the order to HAIR in the FOOD!!!!! It takes 45 minutes to get an icecream The employees can’t hear you when you order A girl threw ketchup in the car at the window when we were pulling out of the drive thru 4 Another girl tried taking away a drink from the table while we were eating because it was the wrong order HAIR IN THE FOOD???!!! over charging on orders you never made and making you feel utterly stupid by saying you ordered that meal

Read moreI went to the drive-thru window for a simple vanilla cone. I was the only vehicle in line mind you and sat at the window more than 6 minutes before honking my horn for service. In the 6 minutes two employees came by the window without asking what I was waiting for or if I needed anything. When they did respond to my honking I was greeted with attitude by the young lady that came to the window, talking about it’s not their fault as to why I sat there that long with no service. She proceeded to tell me the manager took my order and was busy doing other things as to why I still didn’t have my ice cream cone. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to talk to me about the lousy service. Imagine that a manager too busy to take care of a customer. The people working there on 11/16/2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon are prime examples of what’s wrong with customer service these days!!
