The food is fine its the customer service that the workers lack. They are inconsiderate and make faces and roll their eyes. The long line thru the drive thru is crazy long and takes forever. I ordered on line for a pick up the website said what time to pick up and advised me to wear a mask, which was fine . Once I knew my pick up time was close I showed up parked and got off with my mask. BOTH DOORS were locked . The worker didn't even bother to acknoweledge us pilling on the doors showing them my confirmation on my cell phone. She just swooshed her hand around in the air. So I took it as drive thru line. Of course that line was so long I got up to the speaker just so they could tell me to wait. Once they so go ahead I asked for their address and phone # because I had been calling for 20 min strait no one bothered to answer. She confirmed and I said I had a on line order I placed and was supposed to be ready at 7:53 pm Which I was there waiting pulling at the front doors getting ignored. Once I got up to the window I explained my anger because my dinner was probably just sitting there getting cold. The lady Carolina was was apolgizing but rolling her eyes and I did speak my mind because If it wasn't for the paying customers they wouldn't have a job. I was shicked with the attitude. Anyways I asked for the managers name and card. I was told to wait another 15 minutes she was expecting me to drive off but I waited. I asked the other workers for the managers name none of them knew it. Finally Caolina retuns and give me a 1-800 number guest relations. I asked whats the manager of this stores name she said theres alot of people . I don't know their names. I said you don't know the guys whos gives you work schedule or paycheck she said rolling her eyes Randy Whoa.... So As I left upset another paying customer was pulling on the doors I stopped and told her get in the drive thru she was upset too. Very disappointing experience very sad that the employees don't know thw basics of customer service, or even their own managers name. That...
Read moreI went to this Panda Express Location in Brazos Town Center on 12/20/23 at 8:38 P.M. I wanted to order walnut shrimp but was told they were not making anymore for the night. I asked if they were making more noodles and was told yes, so I waited… waited for noodles and Teriyaki chicken. Noodles were done, chicken was ready… a lady came in after me…. A couple was asked to come to the counter and they were served, I was skipped over again by the same employee and he asked the lady who came in after me how could he help her. She told him that I was here before her… Fa*n then asked me “Are you waiting on something?” I told him yes, service. The couple was still waiting on the remainder of their food and when asked a second time if they needed anything, the man replied he was waiting on their walnut shrimp, which I was told they were not making anymore, even though they didn’t close for another hour. So, I took my food and finally left at 8:56 P.M. I called the store when I got home to speak with a manager about my experience. The employee who answered said no manger was there. Then he asked me to hold. I agreed to hold… 4 minutes later someone picked up and hung up. I called on 12/21 and was told no manager was available, again on 12/22 and my information was taken and I was told they would have the manager call me. Today, 12/23/23, no one has called me. This was the worst experience and to watch 3 people of a different ethnic background be served ahead of me, and to be served a dish I requested but was told they were not making anymore… to call 3 times to speak with a manager and my call was not ever returned… disrespectful and no regard for customer service… I review companies regularly and rarely do I ever give poor reviews. If I do have a bad experience I prefer working things out with the company before leaving a negative review. Clearly Panda Express at Brazos Town Center does not care. I live 7 minutes from this location and I will absolutely drive further to the next nearest locations if I desire to eat...

No where on their website, store front, nor online ordering platform does it state temporary change of hours. So I assumed the hours they had listed on their website were the temporary hours due to the virus. I placed an online order with my wife shortly after 7pm with a pick up time of 8:10pm. According to their website they close at 8:30pm. So they should still be open right? WRONG....She gets there and is told "Sorry we are closed". She stated that she said she had already placed an order. Again she got "Sorry we are closed, we closed early sorry." When she told them she paid for said order, they said again "Sorry we are closed" It was at that point she demanded our money back and was greeted with a "I'll meet you at the window". So she pulled around expecting some kind of explanation.
What she got was her receipt which clearly states what we ordered, and how much it cost even broken down by price point with a hand written number on it. They told her that because of the virus they could close early and said to call the number to get the order cancelled and the money refunded. Excuse me...What?! So she pulled over to do so, and low and behold they are closed too...Mind you even though I was with her when this went down, we noticed several individuals swing by through said drive thru and was denied service as well. They stole $40.27 from us. And with how things are right now, that takes a sizable chunk out of one's wallet. It is not acceptable and is outrageous.
They will be hearing from us, and we will not accept them refunding in 5 to 10 business days. I am sorry but if you take it quickly from someone, you should return it just as fast. Especially with how poorly this was handled by their...
