Ridiculous "service"...i was literally the ONLY person ordering IN the location at the time and when I walked in only 2-3 cars were in the drive through... HOWEVER...it still took over 15 minutes (not exaggerating) to get me my order (midnight frap) . There were 4-5 people "working" but only ONE was apparently in charge of frappuccinos and she did not seem to know what she was doing... although she joked the entire time about not knowing how to make several of the drinks she had to make (apparently the drive through was MUCH more important than me along with SEVERAL drinks ordered via mobile that were put up constantly on the counter in front of me and NEVER picked up the entire 15 minutes I was waiting.) It took the girl 3-4 minutes to put the lid on ONE frap... once again laughing as if we all had all the time in the world. Not ONCE did they even attempt to apologize for the needless delay or even try to assure me my order was not forgotten. When it WAS finally delivered the girl deliberately went to the opposite side of the counter and put it down (not to mention she was skimping on EVERY frap that she put in a cup only filling to well below a half inch below the top of the cup - then washing the rest down the sink) . VERY disappointed... Will think twice before stopping at this location again. Absolutely ridiculous. Drive through customers and mobile customers are no more important than the customer you have that WALKS IN (the only customer you have that will be inside looking at other merchandise and spending more...
Read moreWe came here just because Starbucks at Target would usually have no sandwiches or pastries available and wanted to check out the cafe. The male staff was so rude and arrogant when we ordered our drinks. He made us feel like we were not welcome there and that we don’t have any clue about Starbucks, like we haven’t even been to a Starbucks. Seeing the look on his face, I can tell that he was pissed at us taking about 2 minutes for looking at the menu and choosing our food and drinks and, for saying our orders wrong. The second time we went there, when we were at the counter, my dad got a panini and handed it to him, he then puts it down to the table like he was mad at us for taking a few minutes choosing a sandwich.
We wouldn’t be coming here anytime soon, for sure. Their costumer service needs improvement, although I don’t know about how they treat other costumers, because it just felt a little racist to us. I would say that Starbucks costumer service in the Philippines is way, way better. They treat all of their costumers professionally and with respect. The staff greet you when you go into the cafe. You would not feel pressured when choosing your drink and snack. They are very patient in getting your order and even write your name on your drink and, when your drink is ready, they would call...

Total was $21 I handed the drive thru women a $100 bill and she said she couldnt accept it. It was 10am at Starbucks I know yall have change of normal have a safe to get change. I am 7 months pregnant and had 2 screaming kids in car so had to count change and look for dollars in my car all while kids were freaking out and I was short $2.34 after collecting all change so I used some stars in my account to knock that off. Cashier looked annoyed the whole time and was ride like why are YOU the one annoyed? Then when she handed me the coffee as I went to set it in passenger seat it fell and half of it spilled out everywhere and she starkly said “have a great day” instead of offering to fix the issue.
