Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rosenberg

Let me begin by saying that I have been a frequent supporter of Sonic's stores throughout my life and have seen some of the best of stores and some not so great. But none of them compares to the deplorable condition and the HORRIBLE customer service of this location!! The management team lacks initiative in handling customer complaints or concerns and that is absolutely unacceptable in the food service industry!! Not to mention that the condition of this location is not well kept so you would assume that the team of this particular store would be a lot more aware of the level of service provided but I guess not!! I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and my family and then when they did I was shocked at the rude and unprofessional service we received from the young lady (amber?)!! I immediately asked for a manager who was a young man who was just as rude!! I drove off and told my kids to never ever accept that kind of service from anyone!! Dear customers and citizens of Rosenberg and surrounding areas, please head my warning if you want great service and great food, please avoid this place!! Sonic's you need to fix this location or close it!!

This place as all Sonics in this area are terrible. Someone give you a free drink refill if you stay and eat with car hop Service as a true Drive-In. Others stop having car hop service at 9 p.m., but there's no notification of this anywhere on the exterior of the building or the ordering station. So then you have to back out and go through the drive-thru if you want to make an order. And what they all have in common is painfully slow non-friendly service. We ordered a milkshake a few nights ago patiently waited 10 minutes, there was maybe one other car at the car hop station a couple of kids teenagers eating at one of the tables and three or four cars in the drive up. After 10 minutes, we rang the bell and asked if our order was nearly completed, the person said they weren't sure what we ordered and we told them and she said just a minute, never came back, and after five more minutes...

Ever since my credit card was duplicated here through one of their machines a couple yrs back I avoided this restaurant lk the plague. But after the long fkn line at McDonald's I found myself driving here to get something for my kids to eat. I drove up not that many cars in the lot, I ordered. Service was fast given that there weren't many ppl. My hopper was a young lady who was great and I paid with cash. Handed her a $20 bill because you know, I wasn't going to get robbed again 🤷🏽‍♀️ after about 8 awkward minutes fearing that she wasn't coming back out with my change, she reappeared. I drove home, the food wasn't too bad, sure it was cold but still edible. Word to the wise don't use any credit cards here only cash and let it be one of those places where it's the last...
