I ordered through the drive through. After I ordered they told me it would be a 14 minute wait for what I ordered, it was a Friday night so I figured I'd rather wait for something fresh than take my chances waiting in another line. So I pull around to the window and pay, where they offered a free drink because of the wait, after they gave me the drink they asked if I would pull forward so they could serve more guests, I pulled forward and parked directly in front on the front door.
30 minutes later, a young woman walks out and hands my order to another car that arrived after me.
I roll my window down and let her know I was there before that car, she asked what I ordered, I told her, she attempted to get my order back from the car she had given it to but they decided they didn't want to wait and took off with my order
So the lady tagged my receipt back into the store,5 more minutes go by and she comes out to inform me they are now out of something I ordered ( the other car got it!), And asked me what I would like instead, so I settled on another side order, with no wait...
10 minutes later, another young woman comes out and hands me my order.
Moral of the story, I'm pretty sure I got the backup backup team, take your chances if you must but I wouldn't go back while they are busy.

Went back told them it was supposed to be a 14 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy with 7 rolls. They fix the mashed potatoes and gravy with the rolls but they didn't even give me my extra 2 piece of chicken. I even told them it was a 14 piece. Gave her the receipt and she still gave me the same amount of chicken back even when I told her it was short chicken. All they did was rush me aside with a shallow sorry. What a unpleasant visit. Read moreI took my family from out of town to eat at the Rosenberg location. They have never eatin hartz chicken before. My sister in law received a bad attitude from the cashier to start it off. Once we ate the two babies that we had wanted ice cream, after getting it the same cashier came to our table and said we needed to pay for them. So I went up to the counter and explained that they have never been there before and she didn't need to be rude. So I ended up paying for four ice creams when I should have only paid for two because I had two buffets. After all was discussed all of the employees including the person in charge were laughing at us from the back of the counter. Never again will we ever go or recommend anyone.
