I normally give a place to two chances to do things right but this place will not get their 2nd chance. Save your money and make a better choice.

Four seasons ordered during this visit, my first and only. Food when delivered to my table was cool just above cold. Some of the vegetables were not even heated to any degree and were not even coated with the sauce of the dish. Larger pieces of chicken were refrigerator cool in the center when cut apart. Scallops were overcooked mushrooms, spongy and super soft. Sauce for the dish was supposed to be garlic and spicy but I got orange and sweet. Temperature could be blamed it sat on the counter to long but the plate was cool to the touch also.

Service reminds me of salt lake city, two servers for 20 odd people, one person bringing tea, two ringing up the register and could not even get my ticket processed until I called someone to take my card and even then it took a bit of time. Never could get a 2nd tea refill till I was out of patience and just wanted to leave never to return.

EDIT: I'm a long-time customer here. Used to be my favorite Chinese place, but lately the food has been subpar. Food - 2 stars. Plain flavors; the food just isn't as savory as it used to be. Seems to me like they stopped using the same spices. Food isn't fresh or hot; the last time I ordered fried rice it was obvious that they had thrown the dish in the microwave because the rice was still in the shape of the tupperware, and the batter of the lemon chicken wasn't fried all the way so it was still gooey inside. Service - 3 stars. The servers are (still) often young teens who are not as attentive as they should be. The most common complaint is that they are forgetful - they forget to place an order, forget to bring extra napkins or cutlery, forget to refill drinks. Overall - 3 stars. It's clean and well kept. Prices are fair for the sheer amount of food you get. It's not the finest Chinese restaurant in Houston, however. It's a shame that the quality...

I started with my story but, was interrupted by an incoming call. So, let me make this short and brief...After being a customer for many years, I ordered from this restaurant twice and was shortened what was due to me both times. I gave them my money and didn't realize my order was short of what I paid for, until I was back at home (....I DRIVE FROM OUT OF TOWN TO GET THE FOOD SO, I WASN'T PLEASED AT ALL). Honesty and trust goes a long way in my book and since this business fail to portray the necessary, I WILL NO LONGER give you or any other business that you franchise, my services. You will not have the opportunity to do me a disservice again. My family will do the same. My New Year's Resolution will be to never give you my services again. You truly deserve no rating.....my advice to you is to...BE HONEST and don't shortchange customer meals, when they...
