Your establishment is failing because of unethical practices, and it's clear why you have no returning customers. People might be fooled once, but not repeatedly.

We ordered two hookahs, but the amount of flavor used was so minimal that it finished within 15 minutes. We had to ask for a refill repeatedly—six refills over the course of 2.5 hours—and were charged $25 for each refill. This is completely unreasonable. For comparison, Pasha in Redwood City, one of the best hookah spots in California and consistently packed with customers, charges only $10 per refill.

Additionally, the service at your establishment is unacceptable. We constantly had to ask for charcoal, which should be routinely provided without needing reminders. Your focus on overcharging rather than providing quality service is why you’re losing customers. If you continue operating like this, your business will not succeed.
