Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Roseville

I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso yesterday. I finished it in the store and asked for a refill for iced coffee. The server said I couldn’t get a refill because the drink I had was an espresso, which is not eligible for a refill. Refills are only given for the exact same initial drink, and espresso drinks are not eligible.

I told her that I’ve ordered the horchata oatmilk shaken espresso many times at other stores and have always received a refill. She said that’s not how it’s supposed to work. She explained that if I had ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee, I could get as many refills as I wanted.

I felt it wasn’t worth continuing the conversation and ruining my day, so I left. What I should have shown her was the picture. Actually, this was the second time I had the exact same experience at this store. The store fell short of my expectations. Very disappointed.

Hello, I just wanted to say I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the terrible service I got at one of your stores the girl had attitude & was very rude to me when she told me you guys didn’t have syrups available. We left and the coffee was made terrible. I called back I spoke to one of the girls her name was jazz. She was very rude and disrespectful and didnt nothing abt it, I asked if she could hand me over to a manager and she said that her manager was on break and didn’t know when she would be back I asked if she could get my phone number & have the manager call me back. She kept on answering back & told me that when the manager comes back she can help and I called back 7 times to try to talk to the manager and all of those times she completely ignored my calls and when I finally got a hold I asked again for the manager and she completely hung up. While waiting for the drink that ewas ordered they called the drink and i watched A man walk in the door, grab the drink anhud walk out thinking not much of it. But when i realized i had been sitting there waiting for my drink for about 25 min. I compmained about it and was told i should have paid more attention i was blown off and given a 4$ card for starbucks which they called a "replacement drink" i dont know a single starbucks that charges only 4$ for a large caramel frap.
