Crumbl — Restaurant in Roseville

when we saw the dubai chocolate brownie was on the menu this week, we knew we had to get an order in! so here's the scoop on the douglas blvd location:

FOOD everything we tried in this week's lineup was AMAZING. the cookies looked exactly how they were pictured. they did happen to sell out of one of the cookies we ordered, as it sold out faster than they were able to take it off the app. however, with how busy it was, i'm surprised only one cookie sold out!

SERVICE i called before we placed our pickup order and they were kind enough to let me know if they were out of any flavors. despite being insanely packed with this week's flavors, everyone was so kind.

PARKING this location has huge parking lot as it's an adjacent to a target.

AMBIANCE i typically go to the folsom location, but this location was on my drive home. it’s a little smaller of a store, but don't let that intimidate you! the store was super clean, and had the fun crumbl decor all over. you can order at the self serve kiosks or at the front counter.. and don't forget to add your rewards number! no seating at this location so it's all pick up only.

Terrible experience at this location. Over $30 for a 6 pack of mini cookies and 2 regular / large cookies that were hard and stale. This was 1 hour after bringing them home. I also ordered The cookie dough bites which were bland and lackluster for the price. I reached out to the store and was offered a free 6 pack of minis the next day which I respectfully declined. this is because My sister went to this location the next day and had the exact same experience. Her cookies were also stale and hard, both large and minis. She said only the Oreo rice krispy was soft but had no flavor and barely any Oreo pieces in it. They ran out of frosting for one of her cookies and handed her a burnt chocolate chip cookie...

All of the employees are always joyful, polite, and helpful. They present the cookies to you, showing them to you for approval before you leave, and I never realized how much I appreciated that until I had a bad experience at a different Crumbl Cookie location today. After that bad experience, I needed to make it a point to show some love to my local Crumbl peeps who are amazing!!! Great job!!!
