Firehouse Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

Worst experience. Ordered a small pizza, medium pizza and ceasar salad. Spent $55. Both pizzas arrived as small and no salad dressing, salad was dry. Also, Add it in the comments that I needed utensils and did not receive those either. Called the restaurant and let them know that the salad was delivered with no dressing. The driver said he did not have it and told me to call the restaurant. The girl who answered the phone, asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I politely said they could either deliver the salad dressing and a fork, or refund the salad I could not eat. She told me she could not do either. She told me to call the delivery company. I had no idea. It was even a third-party delivery company because I did it directly through their website. The girl who answered the phone just kept telling me I’m sorry we’re busy. Went in today, April 29 to get cheesy bread and drink. Was getting ready to pay and asked if they had a restroom I can use. Was told no. Not for public. I said well I'm a customer and am going to sit and eat in. They said that's just for people that are waiting for food although my brother and I have dined in before. All I could say is show some human kindness. I hope it never happens to you. By the way, a restaurant which they call themselves on there website is "a place where people pay to sit and eat meals that are cooked and served on the premises. I didn't buy or stay. Was just going to pee. Geeze. I am reporting them to Placer County Health Department as I believe if you have a place to dine in, which they do, you have to have restrooms....

1st time customer. Had relied on their reviews. Ordered 3 pizzas, Large Ordinary Crust, Medium Thick Crust, & Small Thin Crust. My friends trusted my choice of venue & it was unanimously, we will definitely be repeated customers. It was tasty & loaded with all the items we requested & the price was right. For my Thin Crust, it was nondiary loaded with small pepperoni, artichoke hearts, black olives, mushrooms, & spinach. They also offer a Crispy Thin Crust. Will try that the next time on my nondiary pizza. So happy, we found...
